Limerock Park 13 miles, Norfolk Curling Club 2.3 miles, hiking in the area, fishing, golfing, 3.7 miles from Infinity Hall, farm markets, 15 miles from Hotchkiss School, 8 miles Salisbury Boys School, 13 Miles Berkshire School, 16 miles Great Barrington Ma, located in Northwest corner of CT, 29 miles from Tanglewood. Butternut & Catamount 19 miles. NO SMOKING! No Vaping! No pets! No Parties! Linens and towels provided. Coffee pot, keurig, coffee press & tea pot. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots & pans etc. some seasonings. We have WiFi, high speed internet, 400 bps & 4 smart tv. We have outside security cameras

The property was comfortable and accessible. We were traveling with a 4 year old and two octogenarians. Everyone was easily able to access all parts of the home. The photos were representative of the current condition of the home. So, everything was exactly as we expected when we arrived. Our host was gracious and accommodating. The location was clean, attractive and everything we were expecting. The accommodations suited our group of 6 adults and 1 child. Plenty of seating, plenty of space for dining. Our host runs/owns a large scale dairy farm nearby. She offered us a tour, which is something our little one will always remember. All around great place to stay.

Very clean, beautiful location, and plenty of space. And just 6-7 minutes to the curling club.
Jennifer is very pleasant, and always responded promptly to all of my questions. I was especially grateful when she brought me a replacement house key, about 2 minutes after I notified her that I had carelessly misplaced the first key.

This was the perfect weekend stay for a couple, a 3-year-old, and a 4-year-old. They enjoyed the spacious property and proximity to all of the amenities of the lower Berkshires. Would definitely recommend!

From the welcoming personal touches to the quality linens and bedding, Jenn and Cricket were the perfect hosts. The home is well kept and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked and the 3 full bathrooms were convenient for our family stay. We loved sitting out on the deck listening to the river behind the property. The kids loved the games, ping pong and foosball tables. It was so nice being able to spread out yet still be together. We definitely recommend staying at this lovely home, and will stay here again when needed.

We had 10 people stay at Jenn's beautiful and comfortable home. It was the perfect place for the kids to run around and the adults to relax. The home had everything we needed!

Our family needed a place in proximity to our son’s school for graduation activities. This was the perfect location only @ 8 minutes away from Salisbury School. There was excellent communication from the owner before, during, and after our stay. We were very impressed. The home was perfect for gathering together and separately as needed. The home literally has everything one needs for their stay including bur not limited to soap, board games, all utensils necessary for cooking, and a coffee bar. The shower pressure and temps were good, which is important to me. The home was clean and neat when we arrived.
The only suggestion we have would be to label where things are as the is so much. Also, the bed in the bedroom to the right makes a “creeky” sound when I wad getting in and out of it so for a light sleeper like my husband fixing that would be helpful.
Overall, each family member, including our graduate, said it was the perfect place to gathered. We have one more son to go and will hopefully be back next year.

We had a family member get married over the weekend in the area and rented this beautiful long ranch. The house is immaculate as well as the property it sits on. My husband, myself and my parents really enjoyed having our morning coffee's on the massive deck overlooking the property/river. It was such a great relaxing but fun weekend, my 5 year old 'cant wait to go back to that ranch!' :) Highly recommend this property and will be back!

Beautiful property
The house was perfect for our family during a long weekend visit. Jenn ensures everything you could ever need is available within the home and even left us a sweet welcome basket for our arrival. Large porch with ample seating and huge yard for games. Jenn provided us many local dining recommendations as well which was appreciated after a long day of travel.

We stayed here to be close to limerock racetrack. It's a 20 min drive to the track but no traffic and easy directions. We were greeted by Jenn upon arrival she was friendly and very accommodating. She was a wealth of local information. The house was very clean and comfy atmosphere. When we returned after the racetrack it was like returning home after a long day. We will definitly stay here again for our future race track events.

We visit the area often and have rented many homes over the years. This one is one of the very best. The owners are lovely and very responsive. The property is large and ideal for kids. Everything is clean, comfortable and contemporary. Highly recommend...except for the times we want to rent it!

Best home away from home!
We’ve stayed in various rentals in the last 5 years and this was by far the best one! The house was spotless upon arrival, had every amenity we could have wanted, abundant supplies, high quality towels and sheets and even towel warmers in every bathroom. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave. It was also perfect for families or people with disabilities who can’t or don’t want to deal with stairs as the house is all one level…. but super spacious. There was plenty of room to space out. I highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back!

Best rental evrr
What a lovely home! We've been coming to the area for 15 years and have probably rented half the places listed on VRBO. This is by far the best property of all. Meticulously clean and well maintained, and lots of open spaces and beautiful land maintained personally by the owners, who are cordial and responsive. Perfect for adults and kids as well. We'll be back!

Excellent House With One Unpleasant Issue
My husband, daughter, and I chose Jennifer's large, comfortable, exceptionally clean and well-stocked house because of its proximity to the Harlem Valley Rail Trail in Millerton and Great Barrington, a place we've gone to for decades. Don't miss Arethusa ice cream and even a trip to Bantam to visit its store and a terrific bread baker. Yet our August vacation here had one significant problem: a strong smell of manure especially in the afternoons and evenings. It was so bad that we were unable to use the deck and spacious backyard grounds, one of the main reasons we booked the house as a respite from city life. We couldn't even open the windows at night to enjoy fresh country air. Although the landlord, who'd been very responsive, said she wasn't aware of this problem, neighbors told us that nearby fields were being sprayed with manure fertilizer, and the farmstand 1/4 mile down the road was manufacturing cow pots. We were frustrated and disappointed that our outdoor access and enjoyment of the grounds significantly intefered with our overall experience. The area is a farm community, and this problem is likely seasonal, as we'd read the wonderful reviews of others staying in the house.

We enjoyed our stay in this three-bedroom house very much. The house was exceptionally clean. The kitchen is large and well stocked with plenty of pots and pans, dishes, and easy to cook in. It is very sunny with a huge backyard and large common space where we could all gather and hang out. The house is an easy 25 minute drive to Great Barrington in one direction and 20 minute drive to Millerton in the other direction. There are many outdoor recreational activities in the area, and a host of cultural opportunities in the Berkshires. The hosts were very easy to deal with and very responsive to any issues.

A great escape into nature
The house was just as advertised--large, open, airy space, down the block from a wonderful Farmer's Market. It's a short distance from great hiking trails and beautiful waterfalls. The sound of the Blackberry River in the backyard is very relaxing! The house is clean and well-maintained. An extra perk is the ping pong table in a huge garage. We had a great stay!
