Located in Port O'Connor, this charming condo for $100 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. After a hard day's fishing, what better place to relax than in convenient, comfortable surroundings in this fishing village. Located in a well-maintained, safe neighborhood, this apartment is inside the boat barn which makes for quiet, restful sleeping conditions. The bedroom has accommodations for four with a twin over full bunk and a full over full bunk (4 beds). The bathroom has a huge shower and is stocked with soaps and paper products. There is a big screen TV where you can catch all of the latest Houston sports games and news and basic programming. Complimentary WiFi in addition to DirectTV Stream are provided. ROKU remote. There is a covered carport, propane grill, and yard furniture for relaxing outside when not fishing. Security cameras are armed from 1:00 AM to 4:00 AM to protect the surroundings. Outdoor electric outlets and water hydrants are handy for charging your equipment and washing down your boat. If the main house on this property is rented, parking may be at a premium, but you can use the rock drive in front for parking. We do ask that you do not clean fish/ducks on the premises. Also, absolutely do not throw entrails in the trash bins. The stench permeates the neighborhood for a week. We love pets, but we ask that you do not leave your pet alone all day while you are gone without kenneling it.. There is a $50/pet fee in the booking process if not deducted at booking, it will be deducted from the damage deposit after your departure. These accommodations are for 4 people only, including kids. . Enjoy your stay and do not hesitate to ask if you have any questions. Adrian and Capt. Tom Hans HAVE A LARGE CROWD? We brought our 1yr old pup to take duck hunting. There was enough room in the livingroom/kitchen area for her travel kennel. Beds were comfy, shower was awesome and the tv had plenty Chanel’s to watch. We met the owners and they were super nice! Property was beautiful with ducks in the pond!

We had an awesome time staying here for a duck hunting/fishing trip. The hosts were extremely nice and accommodating. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

This property is the cleanest and most well thought out places I have stayed in POC. Perfect for fish camp, easy access, huge shower (plus) and hosts are very responsive. Will be back!

We enjoyed our stay at this nice little rental. It was very clean and comfortable. I really loved the big open shower! In our spare time in the evenings, we hung out at the picnic table in the patio area or walked over to the nice size pond with a pier with seating. The ducks and geese were eager to greet us too. They followed us around and quacked and honked but were very polite and kept their distance. It would be a great place for a family to stay. The owners were so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. This will be my choice again in the future

All around great. There is a pond a few feet away and was nice to sit on the deck after a long day. This owner takes great pride in the property and it shows. It was cozy, well maintained and just perfect for my needs this weekend. Instructions were clear and all around 5 stars.

We enjoyed our short two night get away. Tom was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Just bring your clothes and boat! Neighborhood was quiet and we had plenty of room to park our truck and boat. Will definitely stay again!

Very fun place! My son and grandson enjoyed the Pond in the backyard. It’s close to the beach and launch. Will definitely be back!

Nice quiet place to rent for a quick fishing weekend. The property expands with another house for larger groups. I can see how this could be a great spot for kids as well. Don't forget some bread for the pet geese that decorate the backyard. Everything was in order. We will rent again.

Plenty of parking if you are bringing a boat. If you're coming in to the area to hunt or fish for a weekend and just need a place to shower and rest, this is the perfect spot. Has all you need a more.

Our rental was clean,comfortable,and had everything we needed. Our hosts Tom and Adrian Hans were wonderful. They were very friendly and made sure we were happy. Would definitely rent this property again.

Great place to stay. Easy parking for boat trailer and also for friends/spouse who came to visit over my four day stays. After our stay, Capt. Tom was very nice to help look for my friends "lost" tackle box, even late at night with a flashlight, to help my friend's panic attack. The Air conditioning units worked great to keep the place comfortable and the long walk-in shower was perfect as well. Wi-fi helped me keep pace with clients.

We stayed here 2 years ago. The owners are very sweet and checked with us each time to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was excellent. It was just a few minutes from a boat launching dock. We had plenty of room to park the boat we brought. Would definitely recommend the place.
