'Spectacular' 4 Bedroom, 3 Bath, Sundance Mt. Home, Central A\/C
About this cabin rental
Nestled in Sundance, this attractive cabin for $404 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This is one of the finest homes in the Sundance Resort area. It is located less than one mile from the ski lifts, thus making it very accessible to the activities of the resort, yet far enough away to give you the privacy and quietness one would expect in the beautiful Rocky Mountains. Truly, a place to build memories. We just added Central A/C as this summer has been super hot everywhere, but not in the Home. We are located just minutes away from the Provo river, known for its great brown trout fishing. Park City is a fun town just a short 25 minute drive where you can find more skiing, the alpine slide (summer), hiking, biking, golfing, and great restaurants. Outlet stores there are open year round. This was home for the 2002 Olympic ski jumping the luge events. Wasatch State Park located just minutes from Heber City is beautiful in summer and has gorgeous golf courses, it also is a great place to go snowmobiling in the winter. This will be the home for the cross country ski event. .

Came with my family and we had a blast here. It was the perfect weather, the cabin was gorgeous & spacious for all of us, and we walked around enjoying the quiet & stillness of the neighborhood. There was even a funny incident where we were woken up by a squirrel tossing pine cones on to the deck. We even spotted deer in the back yard by the stream. Such a wonderful place to connect with family and enjoy the nature. Would highly recommend staying here.

My sisters and I stayed for 3 nights at this beautiful location. The home was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. We had a couple of concerns when we arrived and notified the host. He was quick to respond and offered to do what he could to make things right.

The cabin was so comfortable and the location perfect. Loved sleeping to the sound of the river. We had 6 adults and 3 teenagers. It was a beautiful cabin with woodwork my builder husband appreciated. Scenery was fantastic! Highly recommend it.

this cabin was perfect for our family get together. The cabin is in a perfect location next to a stream and in the trees. The inside is just as the pictures showed and there was plenty of room to gather and enough rooms to separate in the evening. We loved it and would definately consider returning next year!!

The property location was nice, quiet and close to the resort. Overall the house was adequate but just not what I am used to seeing when renting a VRBO and we have stayed at quite a few.
The house was not the cleanest so he may need to reevaluate his cleaners. The toaster and microwave were dirty and there was left over coffee grounds in the coffee maker and the pot was not clean. I also would recommend changing out dish sponges between guests. There was open bar soap in the downstairs shower. There were three bags of open freezer burned ice in the freezer and old ice cream, so much so that we couldn't put anything in the freezer. These were left on the deck to thaw.
They did get a lot of snow there this year and it was not removed from any of the decks so these where not accessible at all.
I assume due to the snow all around the house and on the decks, water was leaking into the house in the kitchen den and bedrooms. We had a ton of bugs as well in the house. Little black beetle bugs where everywhere, even crawling on our feet at times in the living room. We had friends staying at another house and they did not have the bug issue so I do not believe it was the snow causing it. Also my friends decks had been shoveled.
We had to shovel the drive ourselves to get down the long driveway as the HOA did not plow when we were there and this was also the case for our friends staying on another property. The property should mention that you need a 4x4 in the winter otherwise you will not make it up the drive. We had a Jeep Wagoneer and still had issues making it up the drive and turning around due to the snow berms.
The owner was very quick to reply back when issues occurred. The first night the smoke detector in the dens vaulted ceiling started beeping. I did text him the next day and they came out and replaced the battery immediately and delivered more towels.
Overall We were not impressed with the property. I went back to read reviews to see if others had commented on the house and the issues we had but it seems most were all good other than mentioning the clutter and spiderwebs so maybe the cleaner was just having a bad week.

Great home to host our family for ski season. Really large, clean, and open house with very comfy beds and solid amenities. Very close to the ski resort. The owner is super responsive and helpful.
The house is tucked away a bit in the neighborhood and online maps don't find it all that well so definitely follow the directions that Mike gives you.
Also, you definitely want 4x4 vehicle that does well in snow if you are going during snow season. We had tons of snow which was great to skiing but a bit tricky for driving in.
Sundance is a great place for families and this is a great home to stay at.

Our family used the cabin as our gathering place to connect with our BYU kids and as a jumping-off point for skiing. It was absolutely perfect! Beautiful, safe neighborhood that was close to the ski resort (less than a mile away) and super close to the Nordic center for cross-country skiing. We did both and had a great time,especially given the close proximity which allowed us to take a break for lunch and not have to pay the high $$ at the lodge. The cabin was super clean with everything we needed to cook meals and sleep a bunch of people comfortably, including a 3 year old. Beautiful scenery. Host was very responsive and made check-in/check-out seamless. Highly recommend this property and we hope to be back in the future!!

We wanted to take the Florida kids to see some snow, and we scored. So much snow. Property was beautiful. Kids sledded down the driveway. We were very close to resort for snowboarding and short drive to bridal veil Falls park. House was clean and huge. Kids camped out in the family room, and we ate all of meals around the dining room table.

This is in a beautiful area, so peaceful. The gathering rooms were great with big windows and a lot of natural light and beautiful trees. We had 8 siblings and our parents there with equal distribution on each floor of bedrooms and bathrooms. We cooked all of our meals there at the cabin.

We loved our stay at this cabin. The place was clean and the upstairs bed was super comfy. Everyone else said their beds were very comfortable as well. We could walk to Sundance from the cabin. It’s a mile walk but a beautiful walk and all inside a neighborhood. To drive to Sundance just took a few minutes. Staying here was better than staying at the resort. We were able to make reservations at the restaurants at Sundance and the craft barn. We took part of everything that the resort had to offer but then had a very comfortable and spacious cabin to come back to and enjoy with our party of 7.
The cabin was only 25 minutes or so from Provo, so our BYU student was able to stay with us and go to his classes each day. It also was convenient enough to go into Provo or Orem to eat or make a grocery run. Park City was less than an hour away, so we spent a day there.
We found a place in Midway to rent snow mobiles and it was only 25 minutes away.
The cabin was very spacious and well equipped. There were 2 nice size living areas. One of my daughters had an job interview on zoom and was able to find a quiet desk area in one of the living areas that she could close off and do her interview unbothered.
The table is huge and our entire group was able to sit around the table to play games. (I think it seats 10, but check if that’s important to you.)

Our family was delighted with this cabin. It is quiet, there is plenty of space, and we loved hearing the creek. The pool table and board games were an added benefit, and they were used a lot. Would definitely stay here again!
