Everything is pristine in this renovated, end unit townhouse, from the custom Arts & Crafts style quartersawn oak cabinets to the Corian countertops and GE appliances in the full kitchen. Custom built-ins flank the floor to ceiling (two and a half story) stone, wood burning fireplace with top-of-the-line Renaissance fireplace insert. Fireplace design burns so efficiently (pollution free) that it has won an award from the EPA. Furnishings from Restoration Hardware and West Elm as well as unique antique touches. Adirondack-style antler chandelier lights the space with handmade Amish twig constructed rocking chairs. Mirrors and original artwork crafted locally and in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Woolen blankets from Pendleton with down comforters and pillows. Take off your ski boots at the door and curl up by the fire...make this your home away from home! The Intermediate slope (called Two Miles Home) is right out the front door, the Beginner Learning Quad is a 2 minute stroll down our walkway. Open concept, large living room with fireplace opens up to dining room and kitchen. Half bath is on this level. Spacious deck with Polywood picnic table, Adirondack chairs and mountain views is accessible through the sliding doors in the living room. The cathedral ceilinged Loft bedroom with Queen sized bed, dresser and reading nook overlooks living room. Master bedroom with King sized bed on the lower level has sliding door access to private brick patio. Master bedroom view is of the woods and mountain stream. Third bedroom looks out at the woods and ski trails and has two Twin beds. We had a fantastic time at this townhouse in the White Mountains. The location was perfect for hiking and near the Mount Washington Hotel. The place was exactly as described, very comfortable for our family of 5. We enjoyed relaxing in the property as well as exploring the area. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay at this property as a young family of 4. It was about a half hour from Santa’s village and Clark’s Bears. Very peaceful location with the stream right out the back door and picturesque views from the living room of the mountains. The owner was very responsive and provided some good suggestions for places to visit with the kids.

It was nice place to stay for quick family trip to Santa’s village and story land. I like that our room was right across the kids room with the twin beds. The brook outside was really nice to listen to.

Our family of 5 had a great time here. Great updated end unit. Can't get much closer to the trail out front. Well stocked. Grabbed wood at the local Irving station for the fire. Would suggest a smart TV as the current setup is very dated. Overall great stay and host provided every detail and responded quickly.

We enjoyed our stay at Deidre’s condo over a long weekend. The property was clean and comfortable and no detail was overlooked. We walked right out the door to ski at Bretton Woods (which may now be our new favorite place!). We also explored the many amenities at the Mt. Washington hotel across the street. Highly recommended and we hope to visit again!

Excellent location. Very private. Direct ski trail access and a stunning view of MT Washington from the Living Room or Deck. A babbling brook runs right past this unit as well, which adds to the tranquility. Great spot to get away for a weekend.

Very nice ski condo located in Rosebrook slope side condo village. Short walk out the front door to the slopes or the beginner hill quad. Sleeps a family of 4 comfortable. Very nice, clean accommodations along with fresh bedding. Nothing was worn out or over used. Will definitely return.

My teenage daughter and I had a wonderful stay at the condo. It was clean, well appointed and beautifully furnished. Great location. Amazing views of Mt Washington and ski in/out was such a plus! We enjoyed falling asleep to the sounds of the river. Host was very helpful, thoughtful and quick to respond. Highly recommended and hope to stay there again.

Nice condo, great location. Ski conditions were not the best, but even though we couldn’t ski in/out it was only a short walk down the hill to get onto the lift. Would be perfect when Two Miles Home run is open. Condo was clean and comfortable for our party of 6 adults. Beds were very comfortable and the wood burning fireplace was nice to use at night. Would definitely stay here again!

This property was just what we needed to see Fall in all its true glory - tucked away in the brightly colored trees next to a soothing stream of water. Everything was in perfect condition and the communication with the owner couldn't have been better. We especially enjoyed having a real fire in the evenings!

We had a great stay!! It was short and we didn’t spend much time at the condo since we were there for a wedding but everything we needed was right there, the host was very easy to work with and easily accessible, and the location was perfect for us to go to both the hotel and the wedding at Bretton Woods. We were lucky to be there during peak foliage time, and the views were amazing!!

We enjoyed the location and views! This was a great relaxing spot. Our only issue was the listing did list a grill and after reaching out to the owner we found out there wasn’t one. The owner was responsive and updated the listing to make it accurate! She did state she thought all info about the grill was removed and did not intend to share False info. She was very responsive to our questions and fixed the situation promptly!

We stayed in July for a wedding. It was very quiet and peaceful. Amazing location for ski lodging. Nicely equipped with everything you might need. There are a lot of steps going up to the unit, so not ideal if you travel with elderly family or are in poor health.

Had a fantastic time at Bretton Woods! The condo was perfect for my wife and I, two kids and my parents. The ski conditions were incredible and the resort was empty. No lift lines at all! The condo is just off the slope so put on the skis and ski to the lift in the morning, stop in for lunch in the afternoon. The condo was well equipped for making dinner for two hungry teenagers after a day of skiing. We really didn’t have any needs but Deidre was very responsive to email. Definitely will stay again!

Outstanding time had by all . Condo is beautifully decorated in Pendleton and Ralph Lauren decor, furs, and leathers. With vintage pieces of mountain gear here and there. MOUNTAIN SKI entry slopeside is literally steps outside the front door. And the homeowner is a patient, helpful, and attentive darling. 5:5 STARS.

My family completely loved our winter ski vacation at this property. The trailside location brought our ski days to a new level. With three young kids, the ease of ski in and ski out was amazing. We also loved the wood-burning fireplace to relax around in the evenings. Plenty of space in the bedrooms for everyone to have their own space at night. Perfect winter ski vacation. Can’t wait to go back!
