Located in North Beach Haven, this attractive house for $550 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. New construction, West side of twin home on Harris Harbor, Beach Haven Park, Long Beach Island. 5 bedrooms, 3 1/2 Baths, open floor plan kitchen living and dining, balcony off dining room with patio dining set, Large foyer, Master suite with balcony, in suite bathroom, large tiled shower, sitting area. mini master with in suite bathroom, large tiled shower 1st floor den/bedroom. large roof deck with views of ocean and bay, great sunsets. Bay is off the back deck with 80' bulkhead. Great views of bay from inside of house. Large finished air conditioned game room on lower level, on grade access to bay area. COVID-19 precautions we are taking for a safe Vacation experience. 1-) All linens, towels, mattress covers, bed spreads, and blankets are sanitized and switched after each guest departure. 2-) All hard surfaces are disinfected and cleaned after each guest. 3-) all upholstery will be cleaned and sanitized after each guest. 4-) property is well stocked for cooking and entertaining. 5-) Entertainment; pool table, X box, fuzzball, premium cable, fire pit for bayside nights under the stars, bay access in back yard for Kayaking, fishing, crabbing, swimming, 3 outside decks and a patio, Ground level wet bar at patio for bay and fire pit access, bikes.

My family and I were looking for a Thanksgiving getaway. This property was perfect! The location was amazing with beautiful views of the bay. The house itself was beautifully decorated, clean, and stocked with everything we needed for our Thanksgiving dinner. We felt right at home. The owners were very easy to communicate with and made checking in and out simple. I highly recommend this property!

We love this house and all the amenities. It was so nice being waterfront. We love the fire pit area, the rooftop, taking the kayaks out, the pool table, and the great big kitchen for cooking and enjoying family meals. Plenty of chairs and sand toys too for a short walk to the beach. Great location for lots of restaurants too.

Stayed for 1 night with some friends and everything was exactly as pictured if not better. The owners were very accommodating and the house was beautiful and clean. The property is more gorgeous than the pictures can capture.

The property was perfect for our stay for our niece's wedding. The only issue was that we were too busy to enjoy the property as much as we intended. The house was clean, well equipped and had plenty of room for our small party. The view from the rooftop as fantastic and we will definitely consider the property for future visits to LBI.

We cannot say enough good things about our expeirence. The owners were execellant and even allowed us a little tour of the place prior to staying. We got married in LBI in October and rented the house to stay in with some of our bridal party. We also used to it to get ready the day of the wedding and took some beautiful pictures out by the bay. We will always remember our stay here and how comfortable and perfect everything was - we already talked about coming back to stay in it for our 5 year anniversary. It had everything you could have needed and the basement with the pool table and bar was the perfect entertainment spot especially on the night of our rehersal when it was raining outside. Owners are great! Place is great! Price was amazing!! Would recommend it to anyone.

We couldn't have been happier with our home during my daughters wedding weekend. The hosts John and Dianne are wonderful people. Great location right on the water with the most beautiful sunsets from the roof top deck. The home was absolutely perfect!!

really enjoyed both of the owners properties. First week was switched to their Ocean Front property which was great. Very spacious and on the Beach with a private walk to the beach. Family got a beach experience. Second week stayed at this property on the bay/Harris Harbor where my grandchildren really enjoyed catching some fish and kyacking in water. John and Dianne we excellent hosts. If you are looking for a great family place at LBI, these 2 properties are a must based upon your preference - On the Beach or on the Bay, or both. Also locations are perfect - short walk to Skipper Dipper Ice Cream - best on Island - and short drive to Village Harbor, Acme, etc. 5 Stars*****

Rain and wind was so intense all throughout our short stay, but the loveliness of the house and location made it bearable. I really hope we can book again so we can take advantage of the spectacular views, water, decks, firepit, etc. Wonderful house and amenities. Thank you!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate almost 45 years of Friendship. John and Diane were the most attentive hosts and promptly answered every question we had.
Sunrise and sunsets on the rooftop balcony was breathtaking. Highly recommended.
