The service was prompt and warm, and they offered us a complimentary early check-in.
Picking up and returning the keys was very inconvenient – we had to drag our luggage to another location to pick up and drop off the keys, and we had to go through four doors just to enter the room. The check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM, which is very unfriendly. The actual accommodation location was different from the map pin shown on the booking page – it was farther from the river. The room had a strong musty smell, and there was loud noise from the bathroom, which disturbed our sleep at night.

It was a very good location near 3 Vaporetto stops. Near a supermarket, restaurants and 5 minute walk from the grand canal. The A/C is good and the bed is really comfy. The owner is really helpful she sent us great recommendations that really helped us with our stay.
We didn’t really use the second bedroom.

The location was good for walking to various sites and getting to the airport.
It required 4 keys to get into the apartment. Two of the doors only operated with a key which is very unsafe in case of an emergency. We could leave one key in the door to our apartment, but there was a second door that could only be opened with a key and we didn't feel safe locking it. The photos of the apartment are not accurate - some of the pictures appear to be older or taking of some other place. They should be updated or eliminated.
