The location of the apartment was surprising, we were expecting to the right. The apartment is clean, simply furnished, comfortable, although the kitchen is missing a lot.

The apartment is spacious and well equipped, close to the centre but in a quiet area.

Since the lady does not speak English or German it was difficult to communicate with her. There was a musty smell in the house.

The apartment is close to the sea (200 meters), but note, the beaches are more far. Also the flat is very close to the city center, 5 mins by walk. The context of the building is really not nice, the first impression is not positive. But then you meet the lady, she is super friendly and ready to help. The floor inside is indeed very nice and clean, you can see that there is the touch of a woman. In the end we were very satisfied and we prolonged our stay by one day!

The room was very clean and comfortable with a lot of space. Very close to the port for visiting Elba island. Fantastic host! Very kind and helpful, she really made the place feel like home :)
