Renovated in 2019, L'Elysée Studio is a large, contemporary studio apartment with plenty of sun, sky and beautiful views. It is a short walk to the famous Champs-Elysées and Avenue Montaigne -– the most fashionable avenues in Paris.
While the apartment is modern, the building is quintessentially French in terms of its style of architecture, dating back to the early 1900s. With a grand, marble, spiral staircase and large French doors on every floor, you quickly realize that you are in Paris! ??
The apartment was recently completely redecorated with great care, focusing on every detail of the décor from the softness of the pillows, to the comfort of the couch, to the richness of the bath towels – all with the intent of ensuring that your stay in Paris is enjoyable and memorable.

We had a wonderful stay at this loft and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris. The location is simply outstanding — everything you need is within easy reach, and having a Carrefour nearby was incredibly convenient for picking up groceries, drinks, and everyday essentials without any hassle.The apartment itself is a fantastic option for a Paris stay. It's well thought out, comfortable, and has everything you need to feel at home.The one thing worth mentioning is that we arrived on the last day of the May heat wave, which made the first night quite tough — it was genuinely hard to sleep with the heat. To be fair, the following days were excellent and we had no complaints at all. That said, if you're visiting during the peak summer months, keep in mind that with only an open window and a fan, it may be difficult to manage very high temperatures. This is more of a heads-up than a criticism, as it's a common challenge in Parisian apartments.Finally, communication with the host was excellent throughout — responsive, helpful, and friendly from start to finish. We felt well taken care of the entire time.Overall, a great place to stay in Paris. We'd definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay in Paris and would absolutely recommend this apartment. The location was amazing — everything was very convenient for visiting the major tourist areas, and the metro station just down the street made getting around the city incredibly easy. Having a small grocery market right by the entrance was also very handy.The apartment was exactly as described and worked perfectly for the three of us. My teenage son said the pull-out couch was surprisingly comfortable, and the queen bed was great as well. The privacy curtain was a nice touch and helped make the space feel more functional for a group.Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay — very responsive, helpful, and always available if we had questions.Overall, a fantastic stay in a great location. We would definitely stay here again!

This charming studio was clean, quiet and close to restaurants, shopping and several landmarks. A great place to rest and relax after a busy full day in the city.

Location was very good to get to main attractions either on foot or by metro. Building is quiet and feels safe. Very convenient to have a grocery store right downstairs. But overall we were a little disappointed. I suppose that our expectations were high given the price and the 10/10 reviews. Unfortunately, these reviews appear to be quite generous. The appartmemt is reasonably clean. I did have to clean the dish tray in the kitchen that was completely caked in hard water deposits that made it very unappealing to use. The coffee maker also needed a cleaning. The condition of the apartment is fine and everything works. The bed is very comfortable. But everything else looks like it needs a little refresh. The bathroom tiles/grout need some attention, for instance.Perhaps part of our disappointment is the poor first impression during check in. Although the apartment rules we were sent indicates check in until 10pm, we were advised that check in could only be done until 8pm without an additional fee. So we made arrangements for 8pm. However, the “concierge” who was to meet us arrived late because he had to stay to have a drink with his previous appointment (his explanation). He also proceeded to spray himself enthusiastically with perfume before asking is to come into a small elevator with him. Very unpleasant. And he seemed to be in a big rush to leave. All that to say, bad first impression.
