Nestled in Lake Anna, this lovely house for $550 per night is a great option for your next break. Newer Furniture, Huge Flat Screen TV's and Carpeting. Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton, Corn Hole. We are always updating furnishings, electronics, appliances so some things are even better than what you see in this video. Our calendar is always up to date. We offer Full Weekly Summer Vacations (Sunday to Sunday). and weekends for Fall, Winter and Spring! (2 nights to 6 nights) Lake Anna is just a short drive and our beautiful waterfront home has it all for a spectacular time out in the countryside. Our home is a beautiful place to spend with family, friends or business functions. Even though our home is very large, it is also a great place for couples too. Whether you are looking through the wall of 'floor to ceiling windows'..... inside or out.....the views are spectacular.....Simply beautiful! Expansive floor plan for easy access to most of the house on the main level including the Great Room, Master Bedroom and another bedroom, 2 bathrooms, Kitchen, Dining Room, Deck and Screened Porch without having to go up or down any steps. The Game Room and second living area are also on the main level. There is a paved walkway to the waterfront and boathouse and a sandy beach to play or relax. You cannot find a better home on Lake Anna....just ask our past guests and they will let you know we aim to please and we take great care of our home so you will be able to create GREAT FAMILY MEMORIES. Our home is a NON SMOKING HOME! Must be 29 years or older to reserve our home. We do not allow High School Groups, College Groups, Fraternity Parties, Sorority Parties, Bachelor Parties or any other Non Family Type group activities at our home. Owners are diligent in their efforts to insure guests under the age of 29 are not allowed to rent our home or property without responsible adults in the group. If you are not 29 years of age or older and you book our property without written permission from the Owners....you will not be allowed to stay in our home and may forfeit your entire Damage Waiver Deposit. The person who makes the reservation and signs the Vacation Lease Agreement must be present in the house each day and night for the duration of the booking. To complete your reservation please click on the ONLINE VACATION LEASE AGREEMENT inside "REVIEW RULES and POLICIES". Please PRINT, Fill Out, Sign and Scan the ONLINE VACATION LEASE along with a color copy of DRIVERS LICENSE to the owner as per instructions before Owners will provide you a Rental Check In Packet for entry to our home. When you make a reservation online, you are automatically agreeing to all House Rules and Terms & Conditions outlined in attached Vacation Lease Agreement.

Looking for a perfect getaway where everything you need is onsite? Look no further than Libby’s Landing! The house looks like a large cabin and is warm and cozy inside. The beds were comfortable, the house was very clean, it was exactly as described online. The pier out to the screen porch on the lake was great, we were able watch the Christmas light boat show on Saturday from the pier. Proximity to the state park, grocery store, and other activities was great as well. If we decide to travel to Lake Anna again, I would definitely try to rent this house again!

The house was nice. The living area was nice and big and plenty of room to spread out. The two tables offered lots of space for crafting. The yard is big. Dock is nice. Good walking neighborhood. We walked 4 miles each day. All the guests said that the beds were way too hard. Bathrooms dated. But overall, nice spot for larger groups.

Mark, the owner, is so great to work with. Very responsive to our inquiries. We all enjoyed the size of the great room as well as all the outdoor seating. Many of us do hope to stay here again. The one issue that was common with most of us is the beds were too hard. However with all our activities most of us still slept. One up grade I would recommend is adding a barn door to the game room as the noise travels upstairs (above the game room) truly a great place for all ages. Thank you for opening your home for others to enjoy.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay in September at this beautiful home. We were a group of 9, all 50+ years old and all siblings or sibling in-laws. The house had everything we needed to cook meals and feel like home. We enjoyed the firepit every evening. We explored the lake, the nearby State Park, winery and tap house. Highly recommend ! Host Mark answered all of our questions quickly. We had never been to Lake Anna and we are now hooked.

We had a great experience at this place. House was very clean and the layout is great. Boathouse is also well maintained. Beautiful views of the lake. Only things I would mentioned to potential renters —1. you must bring all your own supplies for kitchens/bathrooms/etc (this is clearly stated in the description). 2. There were lots of geese around the beach/dock area so it got a little messy in the sand. Overall though, I strongly recommend staying here.

My daughters, niece, and nephews with their spouses joined us for a 4 day weekend by the lake. We had a great time both indoors and out. Spent a lot of time in the lake and/or in the boat house. Several hadn't seen each other in years so there was a lot of catching up being done. Several areas in and out for small or large groups to gather. Wi-Fi worked well as well.
Some minor suggestions for the homeowner. I'd add a bedside light to each bedroom for those that may want to read while their partner may want to sleep. The freezer wasn't working the best. Ice cream was soft out of the container. Ice ran out in the pm with dinner and socializing in the evening. Maybe a few ice trays to handle the extra needs. Maybe a second kayak so that pairs could go out together. We handled that by bringing blow up kayaks. Nothing serious, but would have made the stay perfect. We'd rent the place again if we ever decide to come back to the region. Only one of our couples lives in Virginia so it's a trip.

We had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful, comfortable and very clean. Kitchen was very well equipped. Between the awesome sand entrance to the lake and all the sports/games available, the kids had a blast and always had something to do. We had one issue/inconvenience while we were there and Mark could not have been any more responsive or communicative in working to resolve it. He was completely on top of things and we felt very well taken care of. Very much recommend this property and we hope to return sometime!

We had an amazing time at the lake house and on Lake Anna. With 5 grandchildren you could not ask for a better location for them to run and play. The house is beautiful with everything you could ever want, room for all of us to stretch out and the kitchen...wow!! Thanks to the owners for their great communication and for the opportunity to stay in their lovely home. We are all talking about making this our annual trip. :-). Highly recommend!!

We have stayed at several properties in the past 3 years and Libby’s Landing ranks the highest. We especially loved the layout of this home…having one grandkid that’s 2 yrs old having the 5th and 6th bedrooms on the 2nd level provided a noise free buffer for the rest of the house when the infant woke up in the middle of the night. The living and dining areas are outstanding. Outside the house we all enjoyed the enormous grounds whether walking, playing basketball, catching the football or fishing off the dock. There are many more hidden gems with this property but suffice it to say Mark and Donna have gorgeous place and were gracious hosts.

We held our son’s wedding at a nearby venue and since there really aren’t any hotels in the area, we rented this home for some of our guests. The place was very nice with a beautiful view of the lake. It was a nice bonus that our guests were able to enjoy Lake Anna from such comfortable accommodations.

Our group meets once a year for a slumber party of high school friends all in our mid 70's. The house offered a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and beautiful views. Mark is a very gracious and attentive host offering detailed instructions. This is a perfect house for a variety of groups. Lots of sleeping space and bathrooms.

Me and some friends rented for a yearly fishing trip. The property is wonderful. Very spacious and extremely clean. We utilized the fire pit and the dock every day and caught our fill of different type of fish. We would absolutely stay in the future.

Home and property was very clean and well maintained. The layout of the house was perfect for our family of 10 with 3 children. We loved the open yard for yard games, volleyball and campfires each night. The beach area into the lake was nice for our smaller children. The kayak and paddleboard were well used as long as the perfect area to float on tubes that we brought along. Mark was quick to reply and easily accessible which was nice. We would highly recommend this home and property!

There are too many great things to say about this place to put down in a short review. First, what you see in the pictures are actually what you will see when you arrive. It is a stunning property. The way the home is set up is perfect for large gatherings. The whole point of our trip was to be able to spend quality time together as a family which always includes meals together or just hanging out. We viewed many homes before we picked this home, and the problem was always the same in that yes, a home could be large, but the eating or gathering areas would only seat half of your family, so what do you do with the other half? This home had more than enough seating for our large family for meals or watching movies together, with the most spectacular views and mature trees surrounding the property. The bbq area was the same way, enough seating for everyone with gorgeous views and convenient to the kitchen. The kitchen was so well equipped with two of everything, there was nothing you needed that was not there. Two full refrigerators which again, needed for big gatherings. It was easy to notice that the owners thought out everything that would make this a wonderful, easy experience. All of us had great night rests with the most comfortable beds ever. We caught so many fish right off the dock. The kids had easy access to the kayak and swim board and had so much fun using them all week. The firepit is beautiful with easy access to mounds of firewood. It was great to have a drink by the night fire looking at a million stars. Again, everything is so well thought out, there was absolutely no frustration at any time, which gave us all our own time to just have fun and enjoy our entire family trip with ease. We wanted to treat this home as our own. Thank you to the Ainsworth family who were immediately available if we had any questions. You made this quite a memorable event for our family.

We had a great time and the house is great. The lake view from the living room is fantastic. The kitchen is open to living room and our 3 families had a great space for bonding. A couple things to note: the dock house has several life vests but that is it. No other flotation devices are provided (pool noodles, chair floats, etc). You may need to plan on bringing your own if you plan on swimming. As advertised, there is no tp, paper towels, hand soap, etc which is fine. There is also no salt, pepper, olive oil, etc. Most other lake houses we have been to have that stuff left behind by previous guests but it seems like it gets cleared out. No big deal....but its good to be aware so that you are not spending your time running errands the first day. There is a table with an umbrella down at the dock which is awesome. Then you can sit on the dock in shade with unobstructed views of the lake. The dockhouse is located on a pretty large area of the lake and the water is as clean as lake water can be which was really nice. There are several outdoor games we enjoyed including cornhole, volleyball, and basketball. The owner Mark had great communication too.

House is well maintained and perfect for our large family. It has everything you’d need (except basics: TP, hand soap in bathrooms, kitchen, dishwashing/washing machine starters etc). We had a wonderful week with great weather. Would stay here again.

Amazing Property!
This is our second family vacation at Lake Anna, but our first at staying at Libby's Landing. This beautiful property is centrally located on the public side of the lake and close to everything. It was clean, spacious, and had absolutely everything we needed inside and out. The owner/property manager provided helpful information before check-in and followed up with us mid-week to ensure everything was going well. I can't say enough good things about this property and highly recommend it.

I initially thought we were provided with extra sheet sets but it turned out those were our main sheets so after a long day of travel and when hoping to just go to bed, we had to make the beds. Otherwise, it was a lovely location with a lot of room for our family vacation. Just make sure to understand you will have added costs of having to provide everything.

Great Experience
The property and view of the lake were amazing. The amenities with the Kayaks, volleyball court, fire pit and screened in deck on the water were much used. The big flat back yard and sand area near the water were great places to hang out. Mark was quick to respond and very helpful if we had any questions. We had compliments from our family that stayed with us and would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy the lake.

Terrific spot
Our group (high school buddies all over the age of 60) had not gotten together since the pandemic. This gathering was just perfect. Beautiful location and many beds. We just had a terrific time and this home was a large part of it.
