Located in Ocean City, this lovely house for $267 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Lovely 2 bedroom, 3 bath home right on the beach in Ocean City. Part of a great community - The Breakers. Breathtaking views! Enjoy an amazing sunrise over the ocean while drinking your coffee on the deck. Smell the doughnuts in the morning and the ocean all through the night. Hear the waves crashing from your bed. So close you can go home from the beach for lunch or even to just use the bathroom. Can sleep up to six with two bedrooms (each with a queen sized bed) and a den (with a futon). 2 car garage parking.

Very convenient location, beach entrance right outside door. Very nice home. Only issues, very hot in master bedroom-need ceiling fan. Also only one TV. Owners were responsive on dishwasher issue.

I had quick direct access to the beach. The property was also conveniently located to shopping. The property was immaculate and spacious.

Plus side. The garage and view are the best. The place is bright and clean and modern. This is our second rental of this unit. We will come back.
Minus side. The screen door leading to the main deck needs maintenance. Sand and corrosion in the tracks. It would be nice to have a TV in the downstairs den. There was no screen door for the upstairs deck. Blankets for beds for fall visitors would be nice. The windows were not as clean as they should have been.

The view from the condo and access to be beach are amazing - just walk right over the boardwalk and you’re there (no Wonder Wheelie needed), and we loved watching all the birds and bunnies in the dunes out front. The condo itself was unfortunately a bit of a disappointment. The kitchen is sparsely stocked so if you are planning on cooking a lot of meals, you may be a bit challenged. While the living and main bedrooms look freshly painted and the living room furniture looks new, the rest of the place is in need of some TLC. There are obvious signs of wear throughout, though the layout is great and it has a lot of potential.

While we loved OC, the rental was not what we were expecting. The location can’t be beat though and there is ample closet space and it was nice to have a garage. The house was outdated, moldy showers, very hot bedrooms, and overall bare bones rental. There are no ceiling fans, no blankets, no pillows, towel hook is hanging off in master bath. Thankfully we brought our own blankets and pillows but had to go buy fans because the two bedrooms were extremely hot and not comfortable to sleep. The master bed is sinking in the middle. Definitely needs a paint update throughout! There is just no love from the owners at this rental.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It offers the best of everything you are looking for. It sits close to the start of the boardwalk so more on the quiet end, and is super accessible to both the beach and the boardwalk. Each of the two bedrooms has its own private bathroom so it is very nice for two couples or a family. A shower, toilet, and laundry area on the first floor is very convenient. A two car garage makes it easy to come and go. Finally, sitting on either of the two ocean facing balconies is very peaceful. Thanks for allowing us in your home. We would love to return!

Bunnies on the dune were fun to watch
Location of the property is awesome. Walking distance to most everything. We enjoyed walking on the beach in the evening and watching the bunnies on the dune in the morning and evening. Lots of bunnies. We had a relaxing enjoyable time.

For us, it was foggy for the first two days, so when the fog lifted, it was like an unveiling of a stunning piece of live photography right before our eyes. The view from the master bedroom, especially, is not an exaggeration. The fabulous north Boardwalk location is not an exaggeration either. The most enjoyable view and the convenient Ocean City location could not have been better. In addition, the condo is well laid out and very spacious. We were two people, but clearly the maximum number of people allowed would be quite doable with two ensuite queen bedrooms and an additional room with a sofa bed and powder room. There are actually four bathrooms in this condo as there is a really nice laundry room with a shower and bathroom at the entry level from the beach or garage. The two car garage was very handy as it rained a few times during our stay as well. Also, of note, the condo has a one-person jacuzzi tub, an electric fireplace, and a total of three balconies providing a nice selection of outdoor space. The condo feels just right. Thank you for hosting. We hope to stay again sometime.

The place was magnificent, the views from both balconies were wonderful. The house was very clean and the owner is very responsive. It’s a much larger place than we assumed, we had 4 adults and 2 children here for the week and never had any issues.

We know OC quite well and enjoy the North End more than ever these days. My elderly parent shuffled right out the front door and up on the boards for their walk. The property was spacious and had a BR on every floor which was a game changer for my Dad. Thank you Melissa! Love to come back in the Fall.

This location has a wonderful view overlooking the ocean. It's located on the boardwalk towards the northern end of the island, away from the too much noise and activity, but close enough to enjoy all the boardwalk has to offer. The apartment/condo is separated from the boardwalk by a dune, which provides some privacy from the boardwalk, but does not interfere with the view. There are three floors (which includes the garage and laundry room, and three balconies. Nice place to stay.

Ocean City has done a great job in getting back to normal, as best as possible, and this place is a great way to experience it. The location is perfect. The place was larger than expected with great views and the property manager was very helpful, going above and beyond. We look forward to booking this place again.

Ocean City Boardwalk Stay
We just finished our stay in Ocean City, NJ at Melissa's property. This house is a wonderful spacious house on the boardwalk. It was clean and sanitized. It is at a beautiful location on the boardwalk and yet it is very quiet. This house is good for families or small groups. Melissa does a great job making sure your stay is comfortable. There is easy and no hassle check-in. You will enjoy your stay here.

Great Place, Awesome location.
The only upgrade would be a king size bed in MBR, definitely large enough and a TV or two more for the kiddos. Can’t beat beach front property. We will be back again!

Wonderful location - we made great family memories at the condo. Right off the boardwalk perfect for morning bike rides and convenient beach lunches.
