Although I have been going to Potos for many years, this year I stayed right in the heart of Potos. The location is extremely close to the beach, 2 minutes away. You have everything you want around you, taverns, souvenir shops, a mini market at the location. The hosts are extremely welcoming. I drank the best cappuccino in Potos, especially at the location where Mrs. Maria's son Dimitris prepares all kinds of coffees and cocktails. It is indeed a little noisy being in the heart of the resort, but after midnight it is quiet. It didn't bother me. Everything was beautiful. The only downside was that it ended. I love Greece with all my heart and whenever I come back I feel like I have arrived home.It's really worth staying at Afrodite. Ps I stayed from September 5th to 12th, in the gorgeous room 201 with a huge terrace.

The smell from across the street fast food and the noise between 20:00 and 22:00. You need to keep the window closed.

We had a great stay at Afrodite Suites in Potos and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Thassos.
Dimitris, the owner, along with his family and the entire team, were professional, welcoming, and always happy to help. They made us feel very comfortable from the beginning, and the atmosphere was friendly and relaxed — you really do feel like you’re visiting family.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent, with a very good variety of fresh juices, smoothies, specialty coffee drinks, and plenty of options for everyone.
The location is right in the center of Potos, so it’s lively and busy during the evening, but it becomes much quieter after midnight. We enjoyed being so close to everything and having restaurants, shops, and the beach within easy walking distance.
Overall, great hospitality, clean rooms, excellent breakfast, and a very friendly team. We would definitely come back to Afrodite Suites on our next visit to Thassos.
The area around the hotel can be quite crowded and busy during the evening, with a lot of people and traffic. It’s part of the lively atmosphere of Potos, but it can be a little noisy at times. Fortunately, it becomes much quieter after midnight.

For us was the 2nd time visiting Afrodite. It was even better now. The room was cleaned every day and the breakfast was amazing. There is a list of products you can choose every day.
