Excellent and Memorable stay with all the Happy Heart

Staring from reception area, capsule lift service, room size along with comfortable bed, nice bathroom along with all the room amenities, room service, pool, gym, restaurant and ending with the staffs... everything was excellent!!!! We had a smooth quick check-in as the room was already ready. We felt very glad to see that there was already a Welcome Letter for us in the room!! We did not expected this kind of service from a hotel in Vellore. We were there for treatment for 5 days and the hotel staffs made our stay so much comfortable and lavish that we want to visit again and recommend our friends & family. Last but not the least, the food in the in-house restaurant was just WOW !!! Starting from buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner...the menu spread and the selection along with the food quality and taste, we enjoyed it everyday. Each day, the cook presented several new items in buffet for those 5 days duration. Also the food was very healthy and yummy. We specifically thanked to the head chef before checking out for enriching our taste buds each day. Really a 5 star brand service !!!

worst place highest price.

worst staff first two days later durva, Sayantani abs arpita were good. booked suite room but it was totally bad not clean there were hair on linens, fridge was not working, towels were hot there. nothing was in place. staff was very rude for first two days specially whenever asked or complained they gave deaf ear. later the above mentioned staff was good. dining hall food was not there or hot. all waiters were rude apart from arpita who made life easy.

Relaxing and wonderful

The ambience was great. The staff was extremely good and courteous. particularly to mention Sayantika and Sukla at Front desk. Ritika, Arpita, Pradeep, Debashish, Mahalaxmi and a lady from Trivandram (I forgot her name) were super courteous and helpful. Kavitha from housekeeping was always eager to help Such a staff battalion is an asset to any establishment

Amazing 🤩 & memorable stay at cost effective rates.

Breakfast buffet was amazing especially the Restaurant Manager Ms Mahalaxmi madam (Hope I got her name correct) was par excellence. She is an icing 🧁 on the cake for the hotel and is true asset in the long run.

I will wait in future to identify anything here to be disliked since every thing is beyond expectations compared to any other leading Hotel property in Vellore.

Great location; very helpful, polite and friendly staff; spacious room but a bit expensive.

The room was spacious. We were upgraded to club room. Bathroom itself was spacious and well designed. Room amenities were good. Toiletries supply was adequate. Staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and polite. Adequate amount of bottled drinking water in room was a very practical and helpful touch.

However, the closet room next to the bath was very stuffy and smelt humid. Sometimes even smelling mouldy.

SMALL ROOMS COSTLY PRICES

Was neat and tidy. Staff were courteous.

Cosy rooms for the costly prices. Lunch buffet was damn expensive for such a hotel

It's good, staff is supportive specially Manager.

North Indian dishes may be increase in break fast menu.

Timing of room bookings, 2:00 pm should not be applicable in today's business model. this should be flexible as per the customer's requirement.

Definitely most professional in Vellore. Not many other business class properties in the town.

Unresponsiveness of housekeeping staff. Delayed daily cleaning. Multiple follow ups for small things like hand towels, soap bars. Staff is courteous but little unprofessional by usual business standards

I would suggest to upgrade the look of main entrance. from the roadside the hotel image is not as the expectation when I’m inside the hotel. the 1st look always impressed people that’s my point

the only one available at the time of booking

The bed blanket, cover and pillows cover were not clean upon check in and after request to change it was replaced with over washed one with many stains. Refrigerator is not working. there is no window to open for fresh air. but again this was the best hotel in that city when compared to other hotels. No other choice.
