In the middle of nowhere, so good for a peaceful night's rest. There's lots of room outside to find a shady spot to sit in the evening. Breakfast was good.
The "double" bed was actually two singles pushed together, with an uncomfortable join in the middle. There's nowhere nearby to get food.

The road was quite noisy, although cars are irregular as a light sleeper I heard them

This place felt magical- there was hardly anyone else there- we were never bothered by people- it was serene and calm. The horses on the property were gorgeous!

Lovely stay on an equestrian centre. Really nice breakfast. Family room. Near Arras. Perfect location if going to Calais. Arras has a beautiful historical centre and area is great for a little bit of WWI history (including amazing art deco churches).
Disturbed by the noise of the road. Bed was really uncomfortable. The toilet is separate from the main bathroom - didn't have a sink to wash hands and is really unhygenic. Very basic shared small kitchenette.
