Lovely place, fully furnished with amazing staff. You have free mozzarella, a fully furnished kitchen and everything is decorated with cows! It's super cute and comfy. I truly recommand this place

Wonderful, welcoming hostel style guesthouse.

Beautiful little hostel style guesthouse. Friendly and helpful staff, nice common area and kitchen (free milk and cheese :) Comfy, warm rooms, if a little utilitarian for my taste. Good location near to several restaurants.

Had to make my own bed and strip the next morning.

Superb

I loved this hostel! Cow-theme is everywhere and the facilities were so modern and nice. They also offered free local milk and cheese, which was so good! The bed was super cute and cozy. One of the best hotels I’ve been!

The staff didn’t speak english. The sheets were not ready in bed

Exceptional

The side of the building on the first floor IS NOT the entrance nor the parking place of the guest house. It is a taxi parking place/ office. We made a mistake and went in, the drivers yelled at us to get out. My husband hurriedly back up the car and almost got hit by oncoming car. The young lady staff apologized and gave us eco bags. She also recommended a very good 'izakaya'. Overall, the place is great and the staff is very friendly. All is well that ends well. Happy.

A very nice cow themed hostel located in a quaint town

I love the cow theme of the entire place. They also have free local milk and mozzarella cheese!

The wifi couldn't reach the female dorms.

Superb

This place was awesome! You can get free local milk and mozzarella cheese here and they supply free breakfast of toast and butter. It may not seem like much that you have to toast the the bread from frozen but this establishment own a very expensive toaster that makes the bread taste wonderful. Their kitchen is also wonderful to use. Ushiyado which translates to cow lodging holds up to its name with the cow decor throughout the hostel. This is a perfect destination for those that are coming to see the eagles in winter as it is only an hour drive to either Rausu or Nemuro where eagles can be photographed.
