L'ospitalità della signora Licy e la disponibilità di Charles, ti senti coccolato e a casa. Colazione super, preparata con amore dalla signora Licy, ogni mattina caffè, latte, yogurt, cereali, un piatto di frutta, un pezzettino di torta fatta in casa e un piatto ogni giorno diverso con uova, arepa o pane o altro. Camera spaziosa, letto comodo, ambiente autentico e rilassante. Possibilità di organizzare tour e noleggiare motorini tramite Charles, ristorante aperto durante il weekend.

Funzionamento del wifi non ottimale. Un po' distante dal centro, ma con il motorino o tramite il servizio taxi offerto da Charles è stato semplice muoversi.

El alojamiento genial. Por ubicación, un poco más apartado del centro que otros, pero precisamente por eso está mucho mejor. Otros similares están verdaderamente mal, por no hablar del entorno donde se ubican... Pero lo mejor el personal, tanto Licy como Charles... excelente. El desayuno, simplemente espectacular. Me he alojado en hoteles que ni habiendo buffet se desayuna tan bien. Desayuno un 10. Y con relación al trato, también un 10. Desde que llegas te facilitan todo, tanto con las excursiones, a la hora de qué hacer, cuándo y dónde, como con la movilidad, donde comer o qué pedir y, si necesitas ayuda con cualquier cosa más, te la prestan gustosamente. Y, también quería mencionar, tienen detalles que no tienen en casi ningún sitio. Al día siguiente de llegar Charles nos dio coco y también agua de coco, y no tenía por qué. Simplemente lo hizo como muestra de hospitalidad. Aquí en San Andrés todo está muy cerca, así que la ubicación no es algo por lo que no venirse a esta posada preciosa. Si quieres fiesta, ve al centro por la tarde noche. Pero para descansar querrás estar en un entorno tranquilo, bonito, y muy bien cuidado.

Miss Licy is an original one of a kind, great host and cook. Charles was a fount of knowledge and exceedingly helpful in all ways. The facilities were clean, well maintained, attractive, and comfortable. The highlight was the food (ask Miss Licy very nicely to cook a meal for you. She is a master or the San Andres version of Western Caribbean Creole cooking.) and the personal attention from both her and her son Charles. The Posada Licy has beautiful views of the Caribbean from most of the rooms. Those not facing the sea face her huge and well kept garden, which, in addition to abounding with flowers of all sorts (complete with humming birds), has an astounding assortment of tropical fruits endemic to this region of the Caribbean some of, which if you ask nicely you can sample.

Wifi was available throughout the facility but could have been stronger in the back rooms.
