The location was excellent. Everything was very central, with many bus connections and services nearby, including supermarkets, clothing stores and outlets, squares, different playgrounds for children, lots of nature, and a great mix of historical and modern places. It really is an ideal place to start exploring Georgia.
The host was very communicative and helpful. Without even having to ask, she gave us all the details about the accommodation. It was also very easy to get there because of its central location. Since we paid at the property, we asked the host for a receipt, and she kindly provided one for us without any problem.
The apartment was very nice and especially enjoyable for my daughters. They had a great time there.
I would definitely stay there again!

Great location in the city centre, everything is close by. The property itself is a great deal for the buck in my opinion, it was clean and quite comfortable. The owners are responsive and will help when you need it.
The shower was leaking a little bit, but other than that it was fine.

Lage ist top. Kein Aufzug. Das Treppenhaus ist ziemlich verfallen.
Toilette ist leider wie bei den anderen Bewertungen nagen tatsächlich nich ok und bedarf einer Sanierung. Wasser läuft irgendwo heraus und es riecht unangenehm.

Отличное местоположение. Интересная квартира со вторым этажом.
Отсутствие Геля для душа и шампуня. Конечно одного рулона бумаги маловато на 4 человек.
Тоже нет бокалов для вина ( мы же в Тбилиси!!)
