The employee was very willing to give me a room where I wouldn't have to walk of multiple floors of stairs, seeing as I'm a senior citizen.
The light rail station was less than a block away.
An elevator to the reception office would have been nice.

Clean, good location.
No remote for air conditioner, and the property has no windows to the outside extremely hot. I slept there 2 nights without aircon. Every hour the automatic air freshener makes very loud squeaks. No communication from anyone after receiving the key for both days.
