We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with everything! The owner was extremely polite, friendly, helpful, and professional from the moment we arrived. You can really feel that he cares about his guests and wants them to have a great experience.
The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything was exactly as it should be. The breakfast was excellent — fresh, tasty, and more than enough to start the day perfectly.
The location is also great, just a short walk from the beach and very close to plenty of restaurants and other places to enjoy. It was very convenient and made our stay even better.
Overall, everything was perfect — the hospitality, cleanliness, breakfast, location, and atmosphere. We felt very welcome and comfortable throughout our entire stay.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable accommodation with excellent hospitality. We would happily stay here again! ❤️

Stuff was really nice. Walking distance to center no need to use car I parked my car in hotel. Breakfast was good. I chose that hotel because it was cheap and I am happy that I did not pay extra for nothing to expensive ones.

The owner is super nice and accommodating, the staff as a whole is excellent. Good breakfast, room was very clean and modern. The hotel is located on the edge of the busy area of Ksamil which we found great as it is calm and quiet but still walkable access to shops and beaches. We had a great stay and would recommend staying there if you travel to Ksamil.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, in a great location. Breakfast was excellent and varied, staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We would definitely return!
