Convenient, clean, very responsive host.

The host is provides very detailed instructions and is very responsive to any queries. Check in and check out process was very easy and smooth. The house was clean and appeared as advertised. The location was very convenient for its purpose and walking distance to supermarket (Aldi). There are 1.5 bathrooms (toilet downstairs, full bathroom upstairs). Lots of other amenities provided - full sized kitchen, coffee pod machine, tea, kettle, microwave, oil/salt provided, dishwasher, hand soap, shower gel, hair dryer all available. Wi-Fi on site. 2 x televisions. Large couches. Outdoor dining area. 1 x secure garage spot and lots of off site/street parking. AC units in all rooms.

The beds are a little firm and the second bedroom has a smaller bed (double) but fine for a short stay. Rooms on the smaller side. The garage is difficult to enter/exit as the remote for the door is inside the townhouse (was much easier and more convenient to park on the street so this didn't affect the stay at all). Stairs to entry and inside staircase is narrow and all bedrooms upstairs so not suitable for those with mobility needs.

Clean and convenient stay

The open facilities were great, perfect for our girls getaway. The premise was clean and homey for the weekend away. Location of the premise is pretty central, close to the beach, shops and sight seeing venues. Will definitely re-book the next time I visit Penninsula.

The beds were a bit flimsy, rooms are of good size, but there's no airflow due to the windows being sealed. Recommend BYO pillow, bin liners, tooth brush and shampoo.

overall a wonderful stay, and host Nella is delightful.

cleanest property ever stayed in

Bathrooms means minimum of 3 pieces. shower or bath, sink and toilet. It says there are 2 bathrooms and there are but one is in the garage, for de-sanding after the beach and not private enough to use as there is no door. there is a main bathroom downstairs with the bedrooms and an extra toilet upstairs.

Good location. Comfortable beds.

Said had 2 bathrooms but a downstairs toilet with a washbasin isn't a bathroom! Couldn't get the heating to blow other than cold air. No throw rugs in lounge. No hand wash in the kitchen. No tissues anywhere. No hair dryer. A lot missing for $475 a night!!

Superb

The location is quite central and close to the beach. The layout of the house was comfortable and open. We were impressed by the coffee and tea items provided and the range of cookware. Quite comprehensive. We met one of the owners, Nella, and she was very friendly and helpful. She also responded promptly to a question I had when I contacted her.

Overall, the property met all our needs. The only thing that was disappointing was that some of the coffee pods provided were not the correct ones for the machine.

Great townhouse, very easy walk to the beach enough room for our family

nothing to complain about, I guess if it had to be something…. our family likes bigger wine glasses! and coffee mugs….. but I could have brought my own🤣
