Le déjeuner (plat du jour) était excellent. Le hammam ainsi que le spa dans son ensemble étaient très propres. L'accueil était très aimable et à l'écoute.
Seul petit bémol, la ventilation dans la salle de bain était très bruyante et nous a dérangé durant la nuit.

pas de bouteille d'eau de courtoisie dans les chambres
un petit dejeuner dans une salle quelconque ,qui n'est pas en rapport avec le niveau d'un 4 etoiles. ( cafe et viennoiserie cependant tres bons)
Un maillot de bain special homme pour le spa, donc mon mari n'a pu y rentrer.
une deco qui meriterait d'etre repensee. En conclusion bien differend d'un hotel 4 etoiles en Asie.

L’emplacement
Pas de produits de toilette (coton, crème pour le corps…) dans la salle de bain à part le savon.
Pas de poignée au placard de la chambre
Pas de possibilité de disposer d’un vélo

The restaurant food and staff in the restaurant were very good. The location is good although if walking it would be a reasonable walk into the centre.
You have to buy speedos to use the spa. I have stayed in many hotels and spas in France including on this trip and have never come across this rule, as this is clearly exceptional I think it should have been mentioned at the time of booking.
