The location, the staff, cleaning every day! They give beach towels every day.
All the hotel is old-fashioned - it need renovation asap. It is not accepted for summer to have lether coaches in the lobby. Breakfast need to be improve - every morning is all the same - nothing to choose for children, fruits was only grape and peach.

The pools are fine, its really beach front with free sun beds. Near to san antonio restaurant which has great food. The food at the hotel's restaurant is not bad but not expect too much.
The staff was very friendly and kind willing to help.
Breakfast was poor and the cutlery was not clean. The room has a design that was hard to clean even the personel did its best. The junior suite is quite small and have a semi-closet to put your cloths.
