The location,the reception people and the guard plus accessibility in buying food etc 7-11 shop down below the hotel .
The cleanliness of the hotel ,the quietness of the room where i was placed in 519 ,the security ,the ambience or atmosphere .all are excellent as far as i àm concern I was satisfied,with comfortable bed and other reasons.With special mention to certain RYAN one of the receptionist in the hotel,at the date i booked and i even extended my stay for another night.Mr.Ryan is helpful,friendly,accommodating and worked diligently ,respectful ,kind .The other guy who was working with RYAN was just quiet and they worked together as a TEAM.
I know the hotel and some workers still working there ,i was pleased to see them and vice versa.i would recommend this hotel aside from charging at a reasonable rate,the proximity of the location to amenities,cleanliness and all, it deserve to climb up to 3 and a half to 4 star but this will increase the rate and may not be affordable to some.especially to locals.Anyway,GOOD LUCK TO ALL and like Mcarthur said "" I SHALL RETURN" THANK YOU..
I cant think of anything.Oh,the drinking water is outside the room on the 5th floor was supposed to be drinkable if its cold especially during hot weather but it looks like it is not maintained ???

Front desk staff are very helpful.
There is one staff who opened the door and claiming from his list that there was no person inside the room. Also to add the aircon is not that cold.
