Lia is a great host! Very clean accomodation. Lucca is a fantastic location.

Excellent pool area. Short drive to central Lucca.

Nearby railroad was somewhat noisy at night. If you like to sleep with open windows, that might be a drawback.

Lia was a lovely host who provided us with delicious breakfast, made sure we could ask any questions we had and always made us feel welcome. The room we stayed in had a lovely view of the pool and the surrounding garden. There were bikes available to use included in the price for us so we cycled in and out of the old city often. There were hammocks and couches outside to lounge about when not at the pool if one wanted to stay outside. All in all I was a fabulous trip and would love to return.

Our stay was fantastic, the host was wonderful and nothing was to much trouble. The property is exceptional, beautifully clean and modern. The breakfast was perfect and plenty of choice. Thank you

Lovely place with lovely host. We loved we could borrow bikes and bike the 3 k to Lucca.

Wifi didn't work and you had to wear bathing cap in the pool. But would still come back, lovely the place.

The host was wonderful, very helpful and really accommodating.
