In dieser Ausstattung und diesem Service sollte das Appartement eigentlich nicht vermietet werden.
Die Lage des Appartements ist sehr gut, der Strand ein Traum!
Die Ausstattung ist sehr spartanisch, trotzdem könnte man mit wenig Aufwand das Ganze wohnlicher machen. Die Gartensessel und der Gartentisch sind zum gemütlichen Sitzen absolut ungeeignet! Das Appartement ist muffig und mit der Sauberkeit nimmt man es auch nicht so genau.
Das Appartement darüber hat Stiegen in den Garten, der ist also nicht zur alleinigen Verfügung. Hätten wir das gewusst, hätten wir das nicht gebucht. Das war aber auf keinem der Fotos zu sehen und wurde auch so nicht beschrieben.
Der Wasserdruck ist generell sehr gering, zeitweise kommt aber so gut wie nichts aus dem Wasserhahn.
Der Weg zum Appartement führt ja ein paar Meter über den Strand, dort könnte man Holzbretter auflegen, so wie es üblich ist. Es würde die Begehung angenehmer machen, ohne Sand in den Schuhen.
Im September gibt es in keinem der Restaurants am Strand nach 15:00 Speisen. Das bedeutet, ein abendlicher Restaurantbesuch ist ohne Auto praktisch nicht möglich. Kostenfreie Parkplätze gibt es vor dem Haus (ausreichend für 4-5 Autos) diese sind tagsüber aber sofort verparkt!
Die Behälter für die Müllentsorgung waren nicht beschriftet und lagen einfach so herum. Ob die überhaupt zum Appartement gehörten, war unklar.
Der Schlüsselsafe hat seine Funktion nicht erfüllt, der ging mit jeder x-beliebigen Zahlenkombination auf.
Emails an die Vermittlungsagentur wurden nicht beantwortet, es gab auch keine Ansprechperson vor Ort. Zusatzleistungen wie Bettwäsche wurden mit €15.- angeboten, letztendlich wurden aber €21.- verrechnet. Eine Betreuung gab es praktisch nicht, ich hätte nicht gewusst wen ich im Bedarfsfall kontaktieren sollte. Eine Infomappe mit den wichtigsten Informationen wäre wünschenswert.
Für die Zustellung der Reiseunterlagen und der Kautionsgebühr ist es unabdinglich die Kreditkartendaten (mit allem drum und dran) bei der Vermittlungsagentur zu hinterlegen. Dafür gibt es heute andere Möglichkeiten. Eine Reklamation in dieser Angelegenheit blieb natürlich ebenso unbeantwortet.

Die Lage ist traumhaft schön, direkt am Strand.
Es war schon etwas ungepflegt, vor allem der Außenbereich wirkte fast schon verwahrlost…..
