This very cute apartment was located on the second floor of a lovely thick stone walled building. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Though the Split was having temperatures above 30degC, the AC worked great, which was a relief. The bed was SOOOOO comfortable! One of the best I’ve ever slept on! That, together with the very quiet street, made for fabulous sleep. The location was less than a 5-minute walk to the pedestrian part of the Old Town. Our host was very responsive and provided us with all the info we required. This place is a gem, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Split!

Almost everything. Charming room, with cutlery, plates, washing machine and basic items - bring your own towels though! The instructions provided by the host was solid, I got in straight away without any issues.
I stayed at number 12. The bed was slightly uncomfortable for me, but that could be a personal thing. Yes there are stairs and yes they are very narrow, but that is Europe. I just came from the heart of Naples, living with my sister six stories up and no stairs, so just pack accordingly.
The only real issue I had relates to noise / security. There were a couple of times where I came back to my rooms to find the gate and front door open, where anyone off the street could literally walk up to my (locked) room door. There are people who come and go at all hours of the night, all sorts of noises, etc, I kept waking up every hour. That being said, the area is safe with many women walking comfortably on their own at 10pm at night without issue. Couple drunk people but they don't bother anyone.

The host was super approachable and helped before, during and after stay, even arranging for us to leave our baggage at a different property for a few hours after checkout. Apartment was clean and comfortable with good AC.
Excellent location but as with so many other properties in Split, difficult to access by car and up 1 flight of narrow stairs so difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Our uber dropped us to the other side of the road so we had a good long trek to get to it initially. Clarifying this info in the advertisement or suggesting nearest drivable location for taxi/ uber would have been useful.
No provision of essentials like salt, pepper, oil, sugar, coffee, tea, which would have been very helpful and inexpensive to provide. Washing machine worked but there was no washing powder provided, which again, would have been helpful and not too difficult/ expensive to provide.

The apartment was nice, just like pictures.
Extremely loud neighbours downstairs. At night they started slamming doors and banging with furniture, continuously. Both nights, that we were there. Impossible to sleep. Left very exhausted.
