Comfortable, peaceful, great host, lovely garden, reasonable price, useful and convenient location.
Could have done with a 'kitchen sink'. Bathroom was cramped when trying to wash up.

Very clean, lovely touch having fresh bread, butter, jam, tea and coffee etc and warm welcome from Rory, the host. Very quiet location but close to all facilities. Microwave and fridge means that you can prepare snacks and drinks if wanted.

Host gave a fantastic welcome. Fresh baked bread was a bonus and delicious, along with a starter of milk, butter and cereal. Accomodation was spotless. We had all we needed. Bonus parking space and private entrance and courtyard. The location was excellent and a half hour walk to relatives. Shops in the village were great. There's a railway if you want to go into Norwich.
The bed was a standard double, so a bit tight, but we are used to King Size. This didnt ruin the stay however. Exterior path lighting would help.
