Ristorante da migliorare, non parlano inglese, la scelta del menu più per i turisti Cinesi ( triste ) . Rispetto ai servizi i prezzi alti e come altre strutture non ci sono non hai altra possibilità

Красивый, но бездушный отель.

Красивый отель с большой ухоженной территорией. Уютные домики с красивым дизайном. Много цветущих растений, павлины, свободно гуляющие по саду. Песок желто-белый, мелкий. Вход в море пологий. Фотографии соответствуют действительности.

Красивый отель, но совершенно бездушный. На момент нашего заселения в отеле жили только 2 туриста. И больше никого. Только скучающий от безделья персонал. Сначала мы не поняли почему никого нет. А когда прожили в отеле несколько ночей, у нас появилось желание быстрее уехать. -Питание очень скудное за дорого. В меню нет ни одного салата, ничего из фруктов и овощей. На завтрак подаются яйца, которые нам показались не натуральными. Кофе не зерновой, нет свежевыжатых соков. Других вариантов где-то поесть у вас не будет. Кафе или магазинов нет. Вокруг только джунгли. Дорог из отеля нет. Выбраться от туда можно только на лодке. - В ресторане официанты не говорят на английском совсем. Уточнить что-то в своём заказе не удаётся никак. - Несколько дней была очень громкая музыка на пляже до ночи (приехала большая группа молодежи что-то праздновать). Спать было невозможно, хотя мы были далеко от места праздника. - На этом пляже всегда значительные волны. Такое природное расположение этого пляжа. Штиля здесь не бывает. А значит, плавать можно только самым смелым, и точно не детям. Из-за волн вода всегда мутная. - Сильный шум прибоя. Ночью и утром от шума прибоя возникает чувство тревоги. - Хотя домики очень классные, интерьер из красивого натурального дерева, в том числе и пол. Пол кое-где рассохся и есть небольшие щели. В них проникают комары и мошки, которые кусают до волдырей. И все средства защиты не помогли. Мы все были в укусах. - Персонал так отвык от туристов, что когда мы были там, нас просто не замечали. Например, лежали на шезлонгах. Когда мы подошли чтобы лечь, они так и не встали. То там, то здесь можно видеть спящий персонал ( на гамаке, на детской площадкее). - Мы прожили там 4 ночи, а уборку пришли делать только 1 раз. Обычно ставили пакет с бутылочками воды и полотенцами под дверь и уходили. - Матрас очень жёсткий. Очень! Я бы советовал этот отель только интровертам, равнодушным к еде. Остальным: не тратьте свои денежки и время.

Schöne gepflegte Anlage. Extreme Lautstärke vom benachbarten (chinesischen) Ressort.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, schöne Bungalowzimmer.

In dem benachbarten Ressort mit vielen chinesischen Gästen war es unerträglich laut. Livemusik und Karaoke bis tief in die Nacht. Schlafen war schwierig. Der Wunsch umzuziehen war nicht möglich, da das Ressort ausgebucht war. Am Strand gibt nur etwa 5 Liegestühle, die immer schnell belegt waren.

Very pretty and chill but overpriced and isolated

The beaches were superb. Very, very pretty and scenic. Great for instagram. The atmosphere was very chill and the bartender at the bar became a good friend.

The resort was very isolated. There are no roads to the other restaurants or bars so you have to eat at the resort. The restaurants are very overpriced and the food was ok at best. There was no daily cleaning of the rooms.

Vraiment bien mais quelques points à améliorer pour des touristes européens

Belle plage isolé Cocoon familial Très beau côté de l’île, endroit parfait si recherche déconnexion et farniente

Isolé du reste de l’île, savoir qu’il faut payer un ferry (17€ un aller par pers) pour aller dans le centre de l’île ou prévoir un taxi privé Dommage que cela ne soit pas organisé par l’hôtel car on a fait vite le tour du resort… Personnel vraiment très adorable, sympathique Mais parle très peu anglais… parfois fatiguant pour essayer de se faire comprendre ou pour organiser des activités

Beautiful hotel, beautiful garden. Friendly staff and the Best breakfast ever

A beautiful hotel with stunning views and a lovely garden area. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times, especially the restaurant team. The food was exceptional, both in quantity and quality. All in all an absolutely wonderful stay!

Wonderful stay with great services

Great resort with beautiful garden and beach. Great breakfast with helpful staff. We had a wonderful evening with BBQ by the beach. We did enjoy our stay and definitely, highly recommend to everyone.

Its was really awesome.We didn't expect this quality service on Island but they really treat us well

The best thing about the morning is waking up and knowing you can have a delicious breakfast. and its always there for you. Having breakfast inside restuarant with sea view is something you couldn't ask for more.

Well....!! overall everything is okay. Some missing, all their staff they know how to fix and treat us very nice. Thanks for awesome hospitality.

we love breakfast at the resort. It's so delicious and so many options. a very good service at all times of the day, but especially during breakfast.

I think everything is okay. We enjoy stay there so much. hope we can come back again soon.

Exceptional

Highly recommended resort on Koh Rong island. The breakfast is great, staff is very helpful and the surrounding is beautiful. They have such view with activities to enjoy shooting with fun. Best place for couple, family and group. Do not forget to try local foods and even fishes from your fishing if you love to do it. Thank you to Mafiya team.

Good

we stay 2 night here , 1st day breakfast are Insufficient supply gives the demand for the day. A lot of food is gone, especially bread. but in 2nd day they have make a improving . I like the environment of the surrounding facilities developed from the hotel management here
