We had a wonderful stay at Vila Ninita. Joao and Helena were welcoming and friendly hosts making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The villa had everything we could possibly need and was spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally well equipped. The pool was perfect, with both a shallow and deep end. The air conditioning in each bedroom was a welcome treat especially with the high temperatures. The back yard had beautiful fruit trees and we only wished we could have seen the oranges and lemons when they were ripe. The location was excellent, just a 10-minute walk from the marina in Vilamoura. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend Villa Ninita to anyone visiting this beautiful area.

The property is large and spacious and is exactly as described on the booking link. It’s also massively affordable which was fantastic and it is just a 10 minute walk down to the marina

Wonderful hosts with a perfect welcome. Lovely spacious traditional villa. Lots of space in the living areas, three generous bedrooms and an excellent outside area with swimming pool. Spar shop five minutes away for essentials and 10-15 minute walk to everything the marina offers. Map shows the property on the junction between two streets. Its very quiet and being raised above street level means there is good privacy.
