About this house rental
Located in Nashville, this lovely house for $642 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Our Private, 4-level home provides picturesque panoramic views of Nashville from the 700 square foot rooftop living space. This will soon become your favorite oasis in the house. The rooftop boasts a full kitchen along with a gas fire pit encircled by some of the most comfortable Restoration Hardware outdoor furniture you'll ever enjoy. While nestled by the fire pit, you and your friends can take in the views with great conversation or you can watch your favorite sporting event or romantic comedy on the outdoor TV. The main living and dining room areas are designed for conversation and entertainment. You can gather around the gourmet kitchen while a local chef cooks you a delightful dinner that you can then enjoy at the massive 12 foot dining room table. Once you're done, you can take a short walk or Uber to the Gulch to enjoy live music and great southern libations. Or if you're ready to put the cowboy boots on and honky tonk, then you're just a 5 minute/1 mile Uber ride away. The main entrance is just a few steps up from the street. To the left of the front door, the first guest bedroom has a queen-size bed with luxury linens, 55” smart TV, and hardwood floors, as well as a tiled en suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. Straight ahead is the door to the garage, where you can also enter the home, with parking for two vehicles. Following the stairs up, you immediately enter into the modern dining room adorned with a dramatic Restoration Hardware chandelier with seating for 10. The kitchen is just next the dining room, featuring a large island with built-in sink and dishwasher, lined with bar stool seating for 4. The Quartz counter tops are nestled between stainless steel appliances, topped with a gas range and Nespresso VertuoLine coffee machine & 12 cup coffee maker. The kitchen opens up to a spacious living room where you all can easily gather around the 65” smart tv for a movie night. Access to the balcony here gives you just a taste of the rooftop view. Living room also has a full size murphy bed with luxury linens and a full-bath just off the dining area with a shower. As you arrive on the third floor, you'll see the second bedroom with a queen-size bed with luxury linens and a 55" smart TV that also has an en suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. A closet just outside this bedroom houses a washer and dryer. The primary bedroom is down the hallway with a queen-size bed with luxury linens , 65” smart TV, full size desk and private balcony overlooking downtown. The en suite bathroom includes a separate door for the toilet, double sinks, a glass shower, and a deep soaking tub. A final set of stairs leads to the 4th floor rooftop living area which has a gas fire pit encircled with a comfy Restoration Hardware couch and swivel chairs, and a breathtaking view of downtown. It also has a refrigerator, gas grill, sink and trash can. If you're looking to get your tan on, you can layout on one of the loungers overlooking downtown. This space will be your favorite place to start the day with a cup of coffee and end your day with watching a movie. To access the rental during your stay you will receive a unique code. No need to worry about keeping up with a key. For our guest's protection, our property has a security camera on the rooftop, outside the front door, and in the garage. 6 friends shared three rooms - perfect size. Rooftop lounge was so nice. It is in a busier area close to the city which was what we wanted. Noise machines in rooms were great! We truly loved it. House had all we needed. Ubers were plentiful. Used Tastify to have dinner catered one night. Great service.

The house made our get together even more special! We celebrated one of our mommas 50th birthday with our little village who has raised our 16 children together on the same street for the past 25 years. The house was perfect for morning coffee on the roof top, daily breakfasts/desserts/drinks and appetizers in the spacious kitchen and was soooo conveniently located to downtown. We had a truly fabulous stay!!!

Really nice property - Lots of gathering room, awesome rooftop area - 3 comfortable and private bedrooms with en suite bathrooms plus an extra full bath. Kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need. Very clean. Location is walkable (or easy to get UBER) to the Gulch section with lots of great restaurants and shops. And easy to get to downtown Nashville (only a few miles). Nashville is such a fun and friendly place! The host was outstanding and very responsive to any questions. Highly recommend!

We were a group of three couples in town for CMA fest. It was the perfect place to stay. Beautiful rooftop and kitchen to escape the crowds when needed but a fabulous location to get to where we needed to go. Communication with host was fabulous. Highly recommend.

We were very pleased with this property. The location made it close to Vanderbilt and to downtown. We were there for my daughter’s graduation and the property was fantastic. It has a great rooftop and we were able to grill on Saturday. The property is close to the Gulch area and we were able to select from a wide range of restaurants. The property is also well maintained and decorated. Thanks for a memorable graduation weekend

Clean and nicely appointed. Some furnishings looked a bit worn but overall everything was comfortable and just what we needed. Definitely felt safe in the home. Close to many sites and attractions — able to walk when we wanted but using Uber was super easy as well. The weather did not cooperate for us to use the rooftop deck much, but it was nice to have that outdoor area to relax a bit one afternoon. Would definitely recommend.

Staying at this 4 story townhome met our needs very well. It was very clean and comfortable. The view from the top deck was an added bonus. We felt safe and had no issues getting around given the property is close many attractions.

Our family of 6 adults came to have fun celebrating a birthday in Nashville. The home was exactly as described and we had plenty of room to hang out or find a quiet space if needed. Even though the weather wasn’t perfect to hang out on the rooftop (not unexpected for Jan); it was still great to go up to the rooftop and take in the views both day and night. It was also fun to meet neighbors hanging out on other rooftops. The home’s location was perfect for all of our needs, and getting an Uber or Lyft was extremely convenient. We all said we would definitely come back to this home for any future Nashville stays.

The location of the home is excellent, just 1 5 miles from downtown yet a very quiet neighborhood. The decks are nice and the rooftop is superb.
Joe and Brandi were responsive to our text messages, yet gave us lots of privacy. It was a wonderful experience.

The house was as pictured and very close to everything we wanted to do. Plenty of space to spread out. The rooftop is lovely. We wish we would have planned a night to cook in and eat outside on the rooftop.

This house was perfect for our stay in regards to the amenities and the house itself. Home owners were extremely responsive and willing to work with us in all capacities. The only one minor downside is the house was about a 24 minute walk to the main drag of Broadway. This is by no means the fault of the owners, and don't let this keep you from renting the place.

This place is amazing. Spacious and inviting. The location does not allow for walking around to shops or restaurants though. The best thing about it by far is the rooftop deck. The owners were accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend!!
