Excellent location in Liapades. The main beaches are just a few minutes’ walk away, and there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The best part is that the public swimming pool is right across the street!
The place is very comfortable and has great air conditioning. The host was very kind and communication was excellent, very quick and easy. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!

We had such a lovely stay! Everything was perfect. The location is beautiful, surrounded by greenery and in a very peaceful and quiet area, perfect for relaxing.
Liapades Beach is only a 10-minute walk away and it is absolutely spectacular. There are also several lovely tavernas nearby where you can enjoy delicious food, as well as supermarkets conveniently located close to the accommodation.
Edita was absolutely wonderful! So friendly, kind and always ready to help. She even helped us arrange transportation to the beaches and airport, which we really appreciated.
We felt very welcome and had a great experience. Definitely a 10/10 stay and we would happily come back!

Absolutely perfect location in a not-too-touristy part of Corfu, excellently placed to access lots of Corfu’s best beaches. Spoilt for choice with lovely nearby Tavernas and walking distance beaches. Two very close-by supermarkets, cars available to rent on site, and 50cc motorbike rental up the road recommended by the owner (which we really enjoyed). Edita the owner, and co, were wonderful. A really excellent base when you want to explore any part of the island, while serving as a great home to return to.
Our ONLY minor comments are that the floor could have done with a hoover/sweep, and some of the cookware was dirty on arrival. Everything else was perfect.

Locația este bună, cu un peisaj frumos și aproape supermarket, taverne si de piscină, ceea ce ar fi putut face sejurul plăcut.
Curățenia a fost deficitară încă de la sosire – pe jos era praf și insecte moarte, la fel și în sertarul cu tacâmuri; vesela era murdară, iar perdeaua de la duș pătată. Deși se anunța curățenie la 3 zile, în realitate doar se schimbau prosoapele, fără aspirat, măturat sau spălat.
Paturile erau foarte incomode: rama desfacuta, tablia patului care sustinea structura, desfacuta cu saltele sprijinite pe scânduri rupte, care cădeau, iar paturile twin erau lipite unul lângă altul, dar la înălțimi diferite.
Mobilierul era învechit, scârțâia la fiecare mișcare și nu oferea deloc confort. În baie, suportul metalic pentru prosoape a picat chiar din prima zi și a trebuit pus deoparte, pentru că nu stătea fixat.
Facilitățile au lipsit: televizorul nu a funcționat deloc în cele 8 nopți de cazare din cauza unei furtuni, iar becul de la oglinda din camera erau ars.
La baie prin sifonul din pardoseala iesea apa murdara, cand foloseai toaleta stateai cu picioarele in balta, pe care o intindeai cat era camera. Am atras atentia proprietarei faptul ca canalizarea este blocata si apa de la dus nu se scurge, intradevar a venit si a desfundat cat sa se scurga apa insa prin sifonul din pardoseala tot iesea apa.
Administratorul a fost prezent, răspundea solicitărilor și întreba dacă este totul în regulă, dar era evident că știa de problemele majore – de la mizerie la starea mobilierului.
Per total, deși locația și împrejurimile sunt atractive, condițiile de cazare nu au fost la un nivel acceptabil și nu aș recomanda această unitate celor care își doresc confort și curățenie.
