Owner of property very helpful and friendly, as was the housekeeper on arrival, who gave a great recommendation for lunch at a local restaurant.
Generous and beautifully appointed apartment, with 2 bedrooms, separate lounge/dining area PLUS room adjoining the 2nd bedroom with sofabed, both with access to balcony.
Kitchenette small but has everything you need. Washing machine in separate cupboard came in really handy. 2 bathrooms, both with shower, sink and toilet-very clean and modern.
Lovely views of the waterfront and really well situated for the old town. Busy area of town but not affected by road noise.
Really appreciated the aircon in lounge, bedrooms and sofabed room as was very hot in Croatia when we stayed.
Lots of plug sockets if needed.
Bus number 12 convenient to the apartment, which will take you to the Kasjuni beach, free shuttle bus to Mall of Split available close by too.
Negative/good to know- FYI approximately 70 stairs from street level to the apartment door, no lift. Appearance of entranceway appears shabby/missing glass in entrance door BUT do not let that put you off. The apartment is massive.
Small supermarket under apartment for essentials, staff not always friendly but it is convenient.

Beautiful apartment in outstanding location. Apartment had everything we needed for our family of 5. Our host was very responsive on any queries we had and loved the recommendations for restaurants.

Super schöne und sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist klimatisiert. Die Lage direkt am Hafen ist perfekt um Split zu erkunden.
