Our host, Olivier, was always more than helpful and accommodating and the building and rooms were quite lovely. There is a courtyard in the midst of a garden so it's an idyllic setting for breakfast or a glass of wine later in the day. I stayed in the Aqua room and it was serene and like a mini vacation all by itself. The location is very convenient to walking around beautiful La Rochelle and coming back for a nap before heading out again. I would absolutely stay again and thank you Olivier for making our time with you so special
The only quirky thing are all of the doors and keys but once you get the hand of it, it's easy and quite safe. That goes with the older building style and worth it for the charm of the setting.

Olivier is a very helpful and charming host. Breakfast on the terrace was a treat ( quality of breakfast and surroundings). Entre Hotes is a stunning private home which is beautifully decorated. Our room was serene and spacious and the bed, very comfortable. We were minutes away from the old harbour of La Rochelle so it is a practical location. All in all, what a treat! Merci et bravo Olivier!

Location was good and Hayat was very pleasant.
No rubber mat in the bath with the shower. No breakfast tea and two pods of milk. Bed linen was tired. One of the sockets didn’t work and it made it awkward to plug in the phone charger. Parking in the garage behind the hote was awkward to get in and out of.
