Very relaxing week in a lovely, clean and well equipped apartment

The apartment is lovely - spacious and so clean with all the facilities you would need. The host, Ljuba lives next door and is very helpful and friendly. The pool area is very well cared for and a nice place to hang out.

Helpful nd friendly host. Easy to contact.

A great place. Better for us than staying in the city. Easy access to beaches nearby. we were on second floor so great views. Quiet. Easy parking. we did not use pool, but was clean and blue. BBQ facilities. Room was equipped with condiments.

Everything was so easy! The location was perfect for us. Nice and quiet, but still close enough to downtown area. Our Host was the best!!

Wonderful place close to the sea in Istria!

It is a very very nice place! The apartment is great and nicely decorated. It is clean and includes all facilities. The outside (pool, pool-house, bbq, garden) is also amazing!! We really had a great time there. The host Ljuba did everything to make us feel comfortable. She and her husband are extremely nice. They live in a house nearby and are very discreet but always happy to help if needed. I can only recommend this place! We will come back for sure :-)

Exceptional

Hostess Ljuba was very friendly and helpful. Apartment was very spacious and pool was other side of window. Children playground was at the garden. Our family liked it.

Pula is a good location to be based to explore Istria

value for money / location is just on the outskirts of the main town (literally 5 minutes from the Pula Arena) but facilities are new, clean & comfortable. Hosts are lovely & always there to clarify any questions.

A great find.

The apartment is very spacious, modern and comfortable. It was ideal for us - two adults and four young children (though the stairs may not be ideal for really little ones). The pool was fantastic (three apartments share it). The apartment is ideally located as a base for exploring. I recommend the gladiator show at the Pula amphitheater. We had a really lovely stay here.

No negatives for the apartment. Don’t use apple maps to find it though as it takes you to completely the wrong place, google is fine.

Perfect vacation!

Location was perfect. Peace and quiet, jet so close to Pula, less than 5min drive to Pula and Fažana/Brijuni. Only things you could hear whole day were the birds singing. The host were so easy to speak with. Whole family were super friendly and great hosts. Would recommend them as hosts and their property, actually can't recommend them enough. I am looking forward to visiting them again, hopefully at the begining or end off summer.

August stay at Funcic

The apartments were large, well appointed and clean. The outside area was lovely. The owners were extremely friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The apartments are situated between Pula and Fazana. We preferred Fazana and went there quite often.

There was nothing about the property I didn’t like. I knew before I booked we would need a car and that there was nothing close by or walkable so this didn’t detract from our experience.

Would not stay again

At first house looked promising like in the pictures. Nice space and pool. Location was quiet but there is nothing to do within walking distance.

We were family of six. Two adults, two kids and two babies. When we made the booking we noticed that kids are not allowed, but when we contacted Host, he assured us that it was incorrect and families with kids were allowed to the property.The host’s mother Ljuba met us upon arrival. Initially we felt very welcomed, but soon there after her attitude completely changed and made us feel very uncomfortable. She was not happy when we were doing washing (even I booked a place with WM specifically for the purpose to wash kids clothes), she was counting the amount of times we used it , even we could not use it properly as fuse-board kept tripping and switching off completely if WM and dryer were working together. She was not happy kids jumping at the pool and she was not happy, I would say angry that we did not bring cushions from outside furniture inside to protect them from the rain storm even that I have enough to be worried about with my family than trying to protect her outdoor furniture from getting wet. Especially on holiday. Another negative thing there was a lot of ants on the ground floor inside the house. And this was another reason why we wanted to do washing as ants where everywhere. There were no condiments whatsoever no even a tea bag or salt which is standard in all self catering apartments. So overall we felt as if we were constantly looking behind our back and made us check out us quick as possible. Probably it was Ljuba’s main intention. It is not worth the money which we paid for our stay.
