About this condo rental

Situated in Boulder, this lovely condo for $155 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Our studio is located in a mostly quiet neighborhood and close to a major bus line as well as to Boulder's best hiking areas like Chautauqua/the Flatirons, Flagstaff, Sanitas, NCAR and others. Downtown Boulder is a 5-10 minute drive or bus ride. The studio itself accommodates 1-2 people and is adjacent to the house. However, as the studio is its own unit, you have your own private entry, bathroom, walk-in closet, bedroom, and a small kitchenette. The latter is equipped with a sink, small fridge, microwave, electric kettle, French press, and some basic seasonings as well as dinnerware (utensils, plates, bowls, mugs, place mats). The studio was recently renovated and we make sure it is sparkling clean and cozy for our guests at all times. Its total area is 310. There is also an outdoor 3-piece table and chairs set for you to enjoy in front of the studio, surrounded by colorful plants. A word of caution is needed here though. These may get very hot during the day, so please be sure to check if they are cool enough before you use them. Our convenient location offers access to a major bus line literally a minute away. You can take advantage of the reliable Boulder-Denver bus service to go downtown Boulder (the Skip and Dash lines), Denver, and even directly to the Denver international Airport (the latter is normally a 90 minute ride). For more information on bus lines, itineraries, fares and schedules, visit We are about a 2-minute drive (or 10-15 minutes of walking) from a couple of shopping centers in South Boulder with grocery stores, local breweries, yoga studios, bike/running stores, restaurants, etc. NOAA/NIST is across the street from our home (5-10 min walk), and CU Boulder is within walking distance as well. Hiking in Chautauqua and the surrounding areas is about a 5-10-minute drive from our home. There is a trail across the street from us that joins the Mesa Trail that can take you to the Flat Irons by foot (that is if you don’t mind longer hikes). Feel free to reach out with any questions. No smoking, children, pets, candles or open flames allowed. Absolutely no weapons or drugs of any kind are allowed on the property. Must be 21 or over.

Everything about this was perfect especially the price. Last time I came to Boulder I stayed in a hotel and this is better because it’s cute and private, but more reasonable. It has all of the things that a hotel room has, like a way to boil water and a mini fridge (and no kitchen), but it feels better and more private. You have a place to park your car, the garden around the house is nice, you have a separate entrance. This was a perfect option for visiting a CU student and being close to campus and everything else in town. The host was gracious and communicated well, and all of that was wonderful too. Next time in town I’m just gonna book this straight off!

We had a great stay here. Everything you need has been thought of. Reminder there is no tv if you need one! Also they have little ones in the main house that may cry. Didn’t bother us but just wanted to mention that you will hear them. Thank you for your quick response and welcoming place!

Great. Owners super responsive, and VRBO unit clean, well decorated and comfortable. Please be aware unit shares a common wall with main house, and some background noise from owners was heard at times.

Perfect place for two (or one) as it was clean, neat, and had a great location. Very close to hiking, downtown, and shops. No air conditioning so it was stuffy in the summer but fans were provided. Walls were a little thin so you can hear steps and things clinging. Had a great stay and they were very accommodating!

We really enjoyed our stay. Check-in was effortless, the studio was very clean and a good size for a couple. The location was convenient, especially as we had a rental car, and we appreciate staying in a nice residential neighborhood. The tiny kitchen was sufficient for our needs for a short stay and mostly eating out. The bed was firmer than I'd like, and a chair to sit in to read would have been great, but otherwise it was just right. We would definitely recommend for a single or couple, and we would stay here again if we came to Boulder.

This little studio was the perfect cozy option for a little getaway for me and my husband to celebrate his birthday and our son getting married. Although we did not spend a lot of time in the studio, it had everything one might need.! The hosts were great at communication and very accommodating, and the room was immaculately clean. Velena and Paul have created the perfect nest. Their small studio provided all the creature comforts and owners who were caring and responsive. The location is in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown Boulder and right down the street from the Hollyberry Hiking Trail.
