Nestled in Isla Mujeres, this attractive house for $385 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Casa Oasis Caribe is a private home directly on the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. Enjoy the sound of the waves from this hidden oasis, while enjoying the proximity to restaurants, bars, and stores. The casa is detailed with the finest quality materials, including hand carved Mahogany doors, custom Merida and Talavera tiles and granite counters. All linens, towels and mattresses are of the highest quality. This luxury villa also boasts locally hand-crafted furniture and art pieces. The main living area, with its unobstructed, full ocean views, has a spacious den and dining area. It is open to the fully equipped kitchen, containing all the tools needed for your master chef. The 20' wide glass doors disappear to connect the open concept interior to the secluded, covered patio. The private pool partially flows under the patio to create a fully shaded in-water lounge area, for when you've had enough sun. The warm dipping pool is the perfect place to watch the cruise ships go by when the sun goes down. A pair of exquisite hand carved doors open to reveal each of the 2 master suites. Both rooms have a king bed and private bathroom with air-conditioning and ceiling fans. These spacious rooms are decorated with Mexican Talavera tiles and sinks, bringing in the colors of Mexico. All linens, towels, and even the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided for you. The custom made couches in the den also offer two additional high quality twin mattresses, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for two more guests. In addition, the 3rd full bath is positioned just steps away on the patio, for use by guests in the living and pool areas. An outdoor kitchen provides a sink for preparing your catch of the day. There is also an exterior shower for rinsing your beach and scuba gear. Enjoy listening to the sound of the waves while taking in the view of the Caribbean from the private pool, or take a siesta in the hammock. The covered patio allows for a shaded area to enjoy the Caribbean breezes while relaxing or dining alfresco. This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy this Oasis in paradise on Isla Mujeres, Mexico. Please note that construction is well underway on the lot next door. The exterior walls and roof are completed, and the cement privacy wall is completed. The couple of workers are only using hand tools (no power tools ) so there is very little or no noise. Workers typically arrive after 8 am, and leave later in the afternoon. Saturday is a half day, and Sundays are usually a day off. Our neighbor building this home is very respectful that we have guests staying at our home and is working hard not to create a disturbance. Previous guests have confirmed that the workers have been very respectful and have not been a distraction. I do not anticipate this being a disruption during your stay. My house manager and I will be keeping a close eye on the progress to help alleviate any distractions during your stay. The privacy wall between the homes is completed. Please note that the pool and dipping pool at Casa Oasis Caribe have been completely retiled and replastered, Sept. 2023. Our cancellation policy is as follows. 100% refund for cancellations 60 days or more from check in date. 0% refund for cancellations 59 days or less from check in date. Holiday/Special Event Bookings: Such as for Christmas, New Year, Easter, and Thanksgiving must be cancelled 90 days prior to check in to receive 100% refund.

We stayed at the Casa Oasis right before Christmas. What a beautiful space! Our entire family loved it so much. One note to clarify in the description is that we were told when we arrived that the “hot tub” was a small pool, and it didn’t warm up (although there were jets in it). It is described as a hot tub in VRBO, and since the strong, cooler winds of the Norte occurred, we were hoping for a bit of warmer waters to dip into each night. Unfortunately, we didn’t have that. However, the area and home are beautiful, and we had a wonderful stay.

Loved having a private pool and jacuzzi overlooking the ocean! The place is great, AC works wonderful, concierge/check in and out was smooth. We enjoyed a massage on the patio which was a great way to start a relaxing vacation. Rent a golf cart and explore the island. Our first time to Isla Mujeres, our next visit we will stay here again!

We loved our stay at Casa Oasis. Location, accommodations, owner responsiveness, and the little extras all exceeded expectations and we are picky about where we stay. The private pool and hot tub were a favorite spot for evening relaxing and taking in the view. Family of iguanas entertained us while relaxing (yes, they are actually funny and entertaining)
Mango Cafe is literally steps away, walking distance to many great restaurants. Plenty of parking if you rent a golf cart.
Neighborhood is very quiet in the evening, The beds very comfortable and the A/C worked great.
We would love to stay here again (hopefully very soon)

Super time at a really cool Isla Mujeres property. Great spot to be just remember if you have mobility issues there’s some stairs to climb. It was not an issue for my group. You can walk to multiple restaurants and convenience type store is steps away. Highly recommend!

This was our first time to the island, and we couldn’t have picked a better spot to stay. The casa was perfect and so very comfortable to stay for the week. Plenty of amazing restaurants within walking distance, but did enjoy a golf cart for a few days to check out the island. Yes there is a home being built next door, but man the crew was amazing. They were very respectful and actually enjoyed getting to know them during our stay.
We really enjoyed the iguanas as well as had several dolphins sightings that we were lucky to see.
We will definitely be back!

Colleen and Ken have a spectacular home for you to visit sitting on the East side of Isla Mujeres. The views of the sunrises are spectacular with no obstructions. Not much of a beach below to sit at for the day but certainly wonderful enough to visit and search for shells and corrals. The pool was wonderful even though there are a few missing tiles. It was maintained, clear and visited twice to be cleaned while we were in residence for a week. The iguana's provided lots of entertainment. The proximity to restaraunts is wonderful if you do not have a golf cart and all of the people are friendly. Do not hesitate to rent this home if you have the opportunity, I will definitely be contacting Colleen when I return to Isla.

The house was exactly as advertised! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We were met promptly upon our arrival at the house for a quick tour. The house was extremely clean, had everything we needed, and location was perfect! The view of the ocean from the pool was everything we wanted. We spend most of our mornings watching the sun rise and our days were filled with reading and playing cards by the pool. We had easy access to the entire island and made a couple quick trips to the grocery store near by. If you are contemplating renting on Isla Mujeres this rental is a must! Thank you for the amazing opportunity to stay in this beautiful oasis.

Had an amazing stay at this Casa, everything was very clean and the views are beautiful. We loved the location, enough distance from the busy Playa Norte and downtown zone and within walking distance to the grocery store and many restaurants. We spent most of our days lounging by the pool while watching the many iguanas put on a show, they are quite entertaining! Also enjoyed meeting some of the locals, dogs and cats included!
Unfortunately the hot tub wasn’t working which was disappointing and had one other minor issue during our stay but overall everything was fantastic and it was very hard to leave. Already thinking about a return visit next year!

The Casa Oasis was everything as shown and then some!! We enjoyed the quietness of the pool and the Caribbean Sea. The Casa is in a good location, local neighborhood and excellent dining options within walking distance. One day we ventured to Playa Norte and couldn't wait to get back to the Casa! Too many tourists out there. Would highly recommend to anyone, and I already have! Thank you!

We travel with another couple and had been looking for a two bedroom option. Oasis provided that and more! Communication with the owner and host was outstanding. We loved the sunrise view with the pools. The kitchen island and appliances allowed us to make a few of our own meals. It was nice being near some wonderful Isla neighborhoods, but we could still take some nice walks to the south by the ocean. This property is truly a gem and we hope to come back soon!

My husband and I recently stayed here and had a wonderful vacation to Isla Mujares. The house is completely as advertised and it was a great place to relax and enjoy the views. It was immaculately clean and beautifully appointed. There was one small issue we dealt with during our stay but Ken and Colleen were extremely prompt and helpful to resolve it. Would 100% stay here again and already looking forward to my next visit to the island.

This home is just as pictured and the location was perfect for us. Only a short drive away from the Playa Norte/Hildago area but within walking distance to plenty of dining options and the grocery. The owner and management company were responsive and helpful. The construction next door was barely noticeable and we weren’t disturbed by it, which I was concerned about.
The neighbors are nice people with a friendly little puppy who will greet you every day.
My only complaint is that there was a lot of outside noise (people talking and partying outside) that made getting a good nights sleep difficult some days. And that there is no easy way to get down to the beautiful beach behind the house. You have to be willing to go on a little walk and climb over some large boulders, (which we did and it was worth it) however it would be difficult for many people. A private ladder or staircase down would’ve made this home all the more amazing.
We had a great vacation and would stay here again.

Perfect in every way. First, when booking the property I was concerned the photos looked to pristine. Fret not.They are almost spot on, with a few exceptions. The photo of the entrance now has gorgeous landscape that ads privacy between the entrance and the church to the south, and the north side,
( the photo of the charcoal grill) there is a home being built. No need to be concerned about construction. I applaud the owner for disclosing the construction but it was not an issue at all during our stay. There was one worker and no noise at all. I was confused about the photo of the stairs, but these are the stairs from the street level to the property. The check in process is seamless if directions are followed and Chema was awesome and flexible. And I do mean awesome. The Casa was spotless and has everything you need. Chedraui is within walking distance and there are many places to eat close by. We spent every morning watching the gorgeous sunrise and LOVED the hot tub. We never turned on the TV but hung out on the patio and played games at the table. The kitchen had everything we needed and there are some baskets with books and games. The view is breathtaking regardless of morning or evening. This property is awesome.

This place is AMAZING. It actually exceeded expectations. The view of the ocean was amazing. It was very relaxing. The house is immaculate and the decorations are very tasteful! Everything you can possibly need is provided! Chema, the concierge, was super helpful in every way.
The hot tub was great to have to relax at the end of the day!
I really loved the neighborhood and the restaurants just a few steps away.
The construction next door is only a minor inconvenience. The workers were very considerate! I wouldn’t let the construction dissuade you from renting this beautiful house. Most times- we didn’t hear or see anyone!
All in all, I loved this house so much! Do yourself a favor and stay at Casa Oasis!!

We were two couples looking for a vacation rental that would allow us to relax and get to know the locals. This house was perfect. Offering two generously sized king bedrooms with ensuites we didn’t have to flip a coin for the better room. The views can’t be beat and we enjoyed meeting the neighbors, their pets, and the family of iguanas that sun bathed nearby.
Check-in and out was a breeze and anything we needed we found in the house. Staying for 10 days, we rented a golf cart and had no problem parking on the street. We felt safe and loved all of the local businesses that were in walking distance. The owner was highly responsive. We can’t wait to stay here again.

Casa Oasis Caribe was a perfect home for our family vacation. Everything about our home for 10 days was exactly what we hoped for. The views from the pool/hot tub area (and from inside the home) were fabulous. We would sit outside every morning with our mocha (from Coffee/Wine Bar "42" located just a minute or two walk down the street) and gaze at the ocean!
Chema was our Property Manager during our stay and was very thorough upon our arrival in showing us around and giving a full explanation of the ins and outs of the property.
This was our 9th trip back to the island and we chose not to rent a golf cart on this trip as our intentions were to just relax at the property most days. There are many excellent restaurants within walking distance (The Mango is right across the street). For the days we wanted to go to Hildago, Playa Norte and other areas not within walking distance, we hailed a taxi and typically did not have a problem getting one within five minutes.
If you are looking for a beautiful two bedroom en suite house (with an additional full bath outdoors), Casa Oasis Caribe is a great choice!

Wow! I wish I could give this property even more stars. It met and exceeded our expectations in every way. We had great communication with Colleen prior to our stay, and then with Chema while on the island. They will truly take care of any need. The house was everything we dreamed of and more. This was our first time visiting Isla Mujeres and we absolutely loved the location. The neighborhood was very quite, and there are many delicious restaurants withing walking distance (Mango Cafe, Pizza Mike's, Rosa Sirena's, to name a few). You can easily walk to the grocery store, and there are several smaller markets within a block.
The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are so comfortable. The design of the house is perfection. We enjoyed many days on the patio, in the pool and hot tub. Our happy place will forever be floating in the pool with a drink looking over the pool edge to the Caribbean Ocean. I want to share this place with the world, and also keep it to myself.

The property was lovely, and just as described. It was very clean, and we had the most wonderful time! Chema was so helpful, answering all of our questions, and helping us arrange for a golf cart and even picked up my husband and BIL and took them to town to an ATM so that we could pay the golf cart fee. I can't say enough positive things!

Casa Oasis Caribe lived up to its expectations! The property manager, Mundaca's concierge, Chema, was always just a quick text away and he always responded so promptly! We LOVED the hot tub/pool and view! The bed was very comfy, too. Rosa Sirena Palapa Bar and Javi's were our favorite restaurants for dinner with entertainment. We got to swim with the whale sharks, swim at the north beach and get a couple's massage at the house. Colleen was also very responsive to answering all of my questions before our trip. I've already shared the info with several of our friends who said they want to book a stay, as well.

The best part of the trip is the amazingly accommodating Chema. This dude deserves all the raises. Once we arrived he shared a lot of helpful island information and was very responsive in helping set up accomodations. We found Chema a lot more helpful than information sent prior to arriving. I'm glad we held off on booking the golf cart because he made the process extremely easy. His family restaurant was one of our favorite meals during the stay. I think it was called, "Xcatic", most definitely probably spelling this incorrectly, sorry!
House is lovely and true to photos. Not sure if we missed in the post, you cannot flush toilet paper. You throw it away in an odor sealing bathroom trash. It works fine, but not sure we would have chosen for our honeymoon spot knowing that. Also, bring lots of lotion and leave in conditioner the water dried our skin out and made our hair feel really dry. Could just be a personal thing. Still highly recommend this spot. We were very comfortable for our two week stay.
