Nestled in Gun Barrel City, this charming house for $375 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Hi! Welcome to Coyote Ridge! Your group gets the whole 4 acres, the whole house and alllll the amenities! Everything is private, well stocked, and ready for some fun! Our base price includes up to 10 guests and we have a full time local property manager to assist with any needs :) Pool, Hot Tub, Game room, fire pits, large covered pavilion, pond, games… we can go on. Numerous repeat renters make this their second home each year :) 5 minutes from the lake! Come and try us out! Only 45 minutes from Dallas! ***We regularly host weddings at the property. We do showings prior to renting for Weddings as well*** House sleeps 20 in beds with use of 3 pullout sofas but there is room for more if needed. If you have more than 20 guests send us an inquiry and we can discuss. If you and your group want room to spread out without another property right next door on both sides and tons of amenities YEAR ROUND, then this is the place for you. It is large and open with PLENTY of parking and we provide almost everything you will need to have a great time. We host parties, weddings, family reunions, corporate retreats, birthday parties, girls weekends, guys weekends- you name it we have hosted it. Beautiful views in a peaceful setting and only about 5minutes from the lake. We are open and we rent year round with numerous re-renters. Come try us out and spend some great time with your family and friends. Below is a list of amenities we offer for our guests which are all included- POOL, 7 PERSON HOT TUB WITH LED LIGHTS, HUGE OUTDOOR COVERED ENTERTAINMENT AREA WITH 75" SMART TV AND BLUETOOTH SOUNDBAR, FIRE PITS, CORNHOLE, FULL INDOOR BAR, GRILL, POOL TABLE, PING PONG TABLE, DART BOARD, AIR HOCKEY TABLE, 9 PICNIC TABLES, FREE WIFI, FULL CABLE, BOARD GAMES, POKER TABLE AND CHIPS, YARD GAMES AND MORE! Recent updates: Update! We have a brand new Wooden Pergola! This home is around 10 minutes from the Nearest public boat ramp! 3 minutes from Gun Barrel City! Our home is your home! 4,500 Sf home: 5 bedroom/4 baths Estate; 4 - acres; 3 outdoor patios INCLUDING A 1,500 Sf covered patio! PLEASE SEND AN ONLINE INQUIRY BEFORE CALLING US- This is the most accurate way to get an official quote. Our base price includes 10 guests and we charge $25 a person per night above that. Please do not include the first 5 children age 5 and under in your number of guests- we do not charge for them. In the Inquiry, include your dates and the number of guests you will have spending the night. If you will have guests arriving only for use of the facility during the day please note that we do charge a small fee for them as well. This is because with large groups it costs us a lot more in electricity, septic space, wear and tear, supplies, cleaning, and amount of trash. Please just let us know about day guests in the notes section of your inquiry. We can break all reservations into three separate payments, only the first of which is due to reserve your dates. ***Please Note that we DO NOT accept single night rentals on Friday or Saturday nights unless Agreed upon first. A minimum payment will apply for any exceptions*** There is a small pond for catch and release fishing. Bass, Perch... ***Large Kitchen, lots of counter space; completely stocked. ***Three Ovens (One is a Convection Oven) We Provide all Towels, Linens, pillows, kitchen appliances/utensils, pool towels, bug spray, shampoo/conditioner/body wash We do monitor the number of guests and we do charge extra guest fees so please put in the correct number of guests in your inquiry or instant booking. We can add guests at any time if your party grows. This helps cover the additional wear and tear, trash, supplies, cleaning, septic space, water and electricity used by large groups. Our base price does already include up to 10 guests. The quote will automatically calculate the extra guest fees for you. Please feel free to send me an email if you have any questions! Also please check out our original property if your dates are gone for this property. Homeaway/VRBO is under property ID 3932579. We do have security cameras monitoring the parking areas and front entry doors for the safety of our guests and ourselves. Please note our pool is seasonal and we will open it as soon as the air and water temps support healthy swimming.

Plenty of room, several tvs, big kitchen, 2 refrigerators, fireplace, hot tub, pool table, ping pong, darts, nice sit down bar area. Located away from town/neighbors- which is really great as our group can get loud. Its well stocked with towels and paper goods , the kitchens big and stocked as well. We have stayed here before and will be back

This property is perfectly setup for our group of 14 men. Lots to do and several new features this year. We met the caretaker upon arrival and he was very helpful.

I shared these concerns with the owner so hopefully they are addressed but I still want to share our experience as renters. The property was very dirty when we arrived, filthy to the point that we had the pleasure of disposing of two dead mice within 24 hours of arriving. The bathrooms were mildewy, grimy, and one of the toilets was not adhered to the floor. Bugs were a constant issue, hornets and wasps were rampant at the pool/patio area, the sitting area for the hot tub, and the outdoor covered areas. Safety issues include exposed electrical inside the house, hazardous chemicals, and no deadbolt on the primary door. We had small children in our group so we were constantly worried they would get in to something harmful or wonder outside on their own since we couldn’t lock the door from inside. All in all, if we had not been a party of 4 different families that had each traveled several hours to be together, we would not have stayed, we would have left. Unfortunately we did not feel our large group had an alternative in the area.

We rented this property specifically for the pool experience and sadly disappointed due to the above ground pool being replaced and not ready to be enjoyed the first day of our stay. We live two hours from this property and was contacted by the property manager two hours before we departed our home to travel to the property and was informed that the pool had been replaced due to damage by a contractor that had beefed doing work at the property but was told that there was a temporary pool setup to use. When we got there we noticed that the temporary pool was green and not usable. Our second day of our stay we were able to use the replaced above ground pool after sweeping and cleaning it twice ourselves. Probably won’t stay at this home again.

Our group consisted of grandparents, parents, adult kids and a 5yr old grandson. Everyone had a great time playing pool, ping pong and air hockey! We were in town for a wedding so didn’t have much time for hot tub and fire pit but both looked very inviting! Plenty of tables/seating for large group dining and enough room to spread out and relax!

Warm fires, a mantle with our stocking hung, a perfectly placed bar, a kitchen big enough for 5 people to cook together comfortably, and a great outdoor space for corn hole tournaments and an epic gel blaster war. We held our son’s wedding rehearsal dinner at this location. It was a great space for that! It was cold outside and so most of the folks decided to stay inside. There was plenty of space and the pool table, ping pong table and air hockey meant that everyone was having fun! It was a great place and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in front of the fire place or the fire pit outside.

This property was awesome, I hosted the groomsmen and their plus ones for my wedding wedding weekend. We had an incredible time, property was clean and rooms were cold. It was awesome, will be back and would rate my stay 5 stars!

The house and property was beautiful and plenty big enough for our group of 13 for our 1st time to Texas. The property manager was great and was there to answer any questions we had. Definitely would stay here again.

The house is very spacious and it property is private as described but that’s all that it really offers.
We weren’t able to use the pool or the hot tub and from the looks of the property it hasn’t been used in a while.
The fridge on the patio was dirty and most of the living spaces in the house was dusty as well.
The kitchen had ants all over the counter tops all weekend long even with constantly spraying bug spray. I reached out to the owner and after my back and forth conversations Friday night I never heard from them again.
The main reason we booked this property was because of the pool and hot tubs neither of witch we were able to use. The hot tub was bone dry and dirty/dusty as well as the-area around it.
We had folks come from as far as California so it’s wasn’t like we could leave.
I think what got us the most was the no call back from the property owners. You would think they would have at least made sure we were ok or give an apple explanation of the issues with the house.
The pictures they show on the site has tobe at lease 4-5 years old.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone as a stay.

Coyote Ridge in Mabank Texas.
We stayed here in 2019 and enjoyed the property so much we came back. One of the many things we like is being out in the country with no nearby neighbors. The kids can yell, scream, and have fun, and we will never bother the neighbors, because they do not exist.
A huge space, with an extra-large deck, and above ground pool. We bring three tent canopies to provide shade on the deck (highly suggest). We like the large kitchen and the dining table. For activities the pool table, ping pong table, air hockey, and card table are a great bonus.
Suggest the owners update all of the images on vrbo. They have made a bunch of interior improvements and many of the images are pre-2019. The manager is very quick to respond and assist. That is a plus.
For large families, this place has it all. I'm just guessing, but we will come back soon. Thanks Coyote Ridge.

Wonderful Getaway!!
Coyote Ridge was the perfect getaway for our large size family! Made some beautiful memories. Secluded area with lots to do, keeping everyone occupied. Pictures don’t give house justice. Kiddos LOVED the pool, adults the pond for fishing, teenagers the many tv’s available to catch a quick show. Game room was amazing. All around a home run!! Thank you for letting us use your home to spend some quality time together & make great memories!
