ห้องใหญ่โตกว้างขวางมากๆ ใหญ่กว่าที่คิด สะอาดสะอ้าน
เครื่องอำนวยความสะดวกในห้อง ทำได้ดีมาก
ที่พักมีที่จอดรถฟรั อยู่ใต้ตึก
ทำเลที่ตั้งดีมาก ไม่ไกลจาก center เมือง มากเกินไป
staff ดีมาก เนื่องจากเข้าห้องล่าช้ากว่าที่แจ้งไว้ เนื่องจากการเดินทางมีปัญหา แต่ staff ก็รอ หลังจากที่แจ้งปัญหาไปให้ทราบ
ห้องพักไม่มีเครื่องซักผ้าให้ ซึ่งน่าเสียดายที่ห้องให้เครื่องอำนวยควาสะดวกทุกอย่างครบครัน แต่ขาดสิ่งนี้

Great host/ agent -+ excellent communication
Could improve on internal heating. We visited in late Jan + were freezing. There were 2 electrical oil heaters. We needed to use both simultaneously in our bedroom at night + 2 blankets. Could not get warm enough in the spacious lounge however, so did not bother spending any time sitting there. I realise this is the coldest time of the winter, but expected there would more available heating seeing as it is let out during the winter time. I am sure this place is fine during the summer months, however there is no air conditioning, but i saw 5 electrical fans stored in a cupboard which would presumably help to keep things cool during the summer season.
