Nice little flat, fully equipped, with a small balcony and a view over the city. Friendly owner.

Not recommendable

The host is very friendly and helpful, and the mattress is comfortable due to the Topper. It is also an advantage that the studio has a washing machine

The studio was dirty, even if the landlady said, that she have cleaned it. The cupboards and drawers were dirty, the toothbrush cup still contained toothpaste from the previous user, the shower was'nt clean and everything smelled musty. But the worst were the cockroaches!! They were 3.5-4 cm big animals that lived in large numbers in the studio. In the evening and at night they walked around regularly, were everywhere in the bath, the cutlery drawer, also in the sleepingroom. So disgusting! The studio is centrally located, but to get there you have to walk up a steep hill and such a staircase at the end. The middle room between the kitchen and the very small bedroom has no window and only gets light when the balcony door is open. Overall, the studio is definitely not recommended and the value for money wasn't correct at all.

Good value for money, central and quiet, Kelly and her husband are very friendly and helpful.

Very central and quiet. Although it has a good aircon, the apartment stays cool and airy even without it, when it is hot outside. With the exception of a toaster, the kitchen is fully equipped.

There is no balcony and only two windows for three rooms, only one of which has a nice view towards the port.

Exceptional

First and foremost Kelly is an incredible host. We arrived later in the evening from the airport and Kelly checked us in no problem, then proceeded to help us find a scooter and drive me all around town until we got it all sorted. Finally, the next day she invited us in for morning tea and chatted with us for an hour about all things in life. The studio location is a stones-throw from the main strip of Pigadia and the taxi-stand, and you can see the entire bay from the kitchen window. Strongly recommend all couples or single travelers going to Karpathos to stay here. It checked all the boxes.

Nothing, everything was exactly what we were looking for and better!
