There are 3 sets of clubs for your use at this house. The house is in an ideal location to celebrate your special occasion, be that a wedding, birthday or anniversary. With immaculate prepared Japanese style gardens, the choice a large front deck overlooking the ocean or rear deck for somewhere a little more private. We also know a local female wedding celebrant who can do all the organising for you - just ask for more details when you make your booking for that special occasion. PET FRIENDLY - Bring your families best friend the pet dog. They will love their kennel overlooking the ocean. And you must take them for a run along the off leash beach 2 minutes walk away. Crystal clear waters for their owners to swim in too. Coffee at Anton's across the road, beach front, poached eggs and bacon watching the ocean! There are discounts for my guests . The bike path takes you along the ocean past the boat ramp onto the board walk then across the bridge. With the towns most family friendly beach, Bar Beach, along the way suiting even the youngest of swimmers. Do you love the movies? check out the beautiful old cinema in Narooma. It's called "Retro Kinema" How about wine, there are some really nice vineyards to visit. Or bring your own and enjoy it on the deck No need to bring your bikes, helmets or boogie boards they are here! But do bring your boat or rent one to experience leaving the river into the big blue ocean and fish fish fish! Have a BBQ on the deck, sip your wine and watch the Whales and Dolphins at certain time of year. Just Magic. This house has two queen sized bedrooms one upstairs and the other is down stairs. Upstairs also has two single bedrooms. And most rooms have an ocean view. you wont want to leave. Visit Montague island 9km off shore from Narooma,and see the Australian and NZ fur seals, whales,[ Sept,October season ] and the penguins arrive at dusk. Play a round of golf at the Narooma Golf Club, ranked 49th in Australia's top 100 public courses.Narooma is famous for its ''Hogan's Hole'' Get out the bikes and explore our wonderful path/ways,or just walk,of which their is 21km and take in the coastal ocean views..Then cool off in our pristine waters off ''Bar Beach'' , Take your ''best friend'' down to Kianga Dog beach, opposite Anton's, and let him run, and play in the sand. Visit Mogo a tourist stop off,and don't forget the Fantastic Zoooooo.!! The only Zoo in the southern Hemisphere to have bred ''White Snow Leopards in Captivity. Great place to stay for the October Narooma Blues Festival Bedroom configuration to sleep 10 guests The Master bedroom upstairs has a queen bed with spare single mattress stored underneath the queen bed, and glass sliding door leading onto the front deck overlooking the ocean. Bedroom 2 upstairs has a double bed sleeping two. This room has a glass sliding door leading to the private back deck shared with bedroom 3. Bedroom 3 also upstairs has single bunk beds and a glass sliding door leading to the private back deck that is shared with bedroom 2. Bedroom 4 downstairs has a queen size bed sleeping two. It has its own ensuite with shower hand basin and toilet. Downstairs sitting room has a Queen bed that sleeps two. All beds are made up for your arrival

Stayed here over the New Year with my adult kids & partners and my brother and his younger family. Enjoying our meals out on the patio, whilst taking in the views of Montague Island - fantastic. We even had a couple of rainbow lorikeets join us for some fruit. Kitchen was well stocked, with a multitude of cutlery, plates, bowls, cups to choose from. There was also lots of spare sheets and towels, including beach towels for us to use. The owner was very easy to contact when a small issue came up during our stay and had it sorted out within 30 minutes. Would stay again - highly recommend

Great location, fantastic host. Saw so many whales from the balcony! Perfect place for groups, plenty of crockery, cutlery, pans etc. Loads of fun on the bikes. Will definitely be staying again.

We loved every part of our stay! Watching sunrises from the lounge, Lunches on the balcony, whale watching with the binoculars, riding the bikes, each person having their own room. And close enough to walk into Narooma. Loved it all! Thanks so much.

My self and 4 colleges over 60 , shared the property . The five bed rooms made it very comfortable . The location enabled us to do lots of walking to enjoy the fabulous beaches and coastal environment . So much too see , seals , dolphins , sea birds , stingrays and fish . The restraints and caffès in the close vicinity made it an excellent venue for our needs . We had lots of fun .

Great location. House was clean.Plenty of towels, sheets etc and the bottle of wine was a lovely touch. Thankyou. Rooms smallish but adequate for a short stay. Needs another toilet if 4 couples are staying and internal stairs are a challenge especially if carrying stuff up or down. Overall a nice little holiday house in a lovely location.

We loved our stay in this house. It had everything our family needed e.g. lots of cutleries, plates, bowls, bikes, swim boards. Location was also great, just 5 mins walk to the nearest beach. Will definitely try to book it again!

What a great place for a holiday - walk or ride to beaches, restaurants, and shops. Lots of equipment for our use - boogie boards, bikes, golf clubs, games, books…the works. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this traditional South Coast holiday home.

Loved staying here so much. Its so perfectly located to the beach, a dog beach being that but right across the road pretty much. The property had everything we needed and more, the deck is fantastic with ocean views. There was an abundance of everything we needed from glassware, cutlery , supplies. This property is a good size and has lovely views. Would recommend for large families. The special element to the house is the deck. Part shaded and part in sunshine(but shaded by the house in the afternoon/evenings). All members of the family loved to sit on the deck, listen to the ocean and watch the waves and boats. We could walk to the local beach easily and the walk/bike path runs in both directions along the seaside giving you the option to head to the beautiful cliff lookout of Dalmeny or towards the boardwalk in Narooma. The area is incredible…we saw dolphins, seals, rays, octopus and lots of starfish/fish. The kitchen is small with a small fridge. We appreciated that there was a second fridge in the laundry. We were surprised by the inclusions - washing powder, cleaning products etc and some pantry items too. There was also a little gift for us on our arrival. Thank you to our host who personally contacted us and communicated promptly to our question and message.

We really enjoyed using this property for our getaway. We stayed for 5 days. This property really has everything required. A fully equipped kitchen. All rooms upstairs open up to a balcony. Plenty of bed space with linen & towels provided. WiFi. Full laundry amenities. Laundry products, toiletry products, bathroom products were all provided. There was a bike shed with many bikes which we all used. This property has a host who thinks of EVERYTHING required for anyone who is looking to get away for however long! Ian was also very very great with communication. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!! TAEFU FAMILY

Lots of rooms and great view. Close to beaches. No shortage of essentials, etc linen, towels, kitchen stuff, bikes and boggie boards. This property has a warm comfortable feel. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay at this pet friendly holiday house in July 2020. It was fully stocked with all essential items and the place was clean and tidy. Thanks for the owner for providing bikes. Our kids enjoyed bike riding in the evening. The "Japanese" front garden is a nice addition. The management was great too. They attended all our inquiries in a diligent way.
