There is also a waterfront home with Pool & Dock (2 Bedroom 2 bath) that is available for rent on the same property should the size of your family require more space. We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is a great location, the beach and restaurants are a short walk away. Lori was a wonderful and attentive host.

It was a great three days… private beach access across the street with amazing sunsets, plenty of sharks teeth and shells, no crowds, Lori was so helpful and pleasant, we asked about beach umbrellas and she had brand new ones when we got there! The place was perfect for us, big screened in area, everything we needed in kitchen and the bed was comfortable! Thanks Lori!

My daughter and I enjoyed this cute place located steps from the beach. The screened in porch was a bonus and we were able to sit outside and enjoy the rain one evening without getting bit! Highly recommended!

It was a wonderful, comfortable stay and we were able to walk to the main beach strip and go to all the bars and restaurants on foot! I hope to come back!

Very cute and clean. Had a little problem with the toilet and the owner acted immediately. The only reason I give it a 4 instead of a 5 is that the A/C unit is in the living room and it does not reach the bedroom to cool it off (even with the fan on) to sleep comfortably in the Florida heat and mugginess. A unit in the bedroom would be perfect. We had to move the mattress into the living room to sleep each night. Other than that, perfect.

First, Lori is wonderful to work with-so professional, kind and helpful! The place is just great! It was perfect for the two of us! We could quickly walk to the beach and into town to the restaurants. Also, easy access to explore other parts of the Gulf...we checked out Venice, Casey Key, Gasparilla Island, Boca Grande and Pine Island (we are looking for a place to call our second home!) it was so nice to come back to our place on Manasota Key! Again, Lori is the best-reach out to her if you have any questions or need anything!!

Very nice and peaceful place to stay. Our host, Lori, was very attentive to our needs. We stayed in the lower front unit of the building. My favorite spot was the screened in porch. Would recommend the facility for anyone interested.

This unit is so cozy and cute. Right across the street from the beach, and equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. First floor, convenient, and plenty of space to store a bike on the screened in patio. Lori is an excellent property manager..rent with confidence!

Upon walking up to the condo, it felt very tropical and cozy. A perfect escape. Inside was very clean and decorated nicely. I escaped from Orlando with my son for the week so I did plan on cooking breakfast everyday. I was surprised how well stock the shelves were! Lori has everything you need in the kitchen. We enjoyed breakfast every morning on the front porch with views of both the bay and ocean along with tropical landscape. Beach towels, umbrellas, and chairs are provided. There’s a short walk across the road to beach access. I wasn’t sure how busy the road would be walking with a toddler, and I have to say it was a breeze! There is very little traffic. No traffic lights. I did bring my beach wagon but mainly to transport my son and toys and all our things to the beach. You could easily walk carrying a few items. Restaurants and shops are all in walking distance. I walked my son down to the beach shop and park then walked home watching the sunset. If you’re looking to sleep in like we did you’ll be surprised how quiet the area is, so get in that much needed rest or nap! There’s also plenty of storage! 2 large dressers in the bedroom with closet space. Perfect! The best part of the whole trip was how accommodating Lori is. She made you feel welcome from before your arrival to the drive home. She was very quick to respond to any questions I had. She provided extra towels and even offered to drop off some coffee after I ran out. She knows the area very well which is a bonus if you’re from out of town. I look forward to going back very soon and I recommend you do too!

The apartment was well equipped and located super close to the beach and to restaurants but just off the beaten path enough that the area of the beach was quite and there was virtually no traffic. Our weekend couldn’t have been better. Lovely location, delightful host, well appointed, clean and comfortable accommodations and beautiful weather! We will be back for sure.

Perfect location ..... a few mins walk to the beach ....... quiet surroundings and safe neighborhood ...... friendly neighbors. Lori provided anything we needed and wonderful to work with. Wonderful place to stay! Clean, convenient , fully stocked! Everything you need is there. Beach chairs and towels, all kitchen utensils, pots and pans, BBQ , private lanai . Comfortable furniture, A/C and heat. Right across the street from beach, restaurants, bar and grills, Circle K all within walking distance. Can't wait to go back!

This was a great little beach apartment, just across the street from the beach. The place was cute and clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the large screened in porch area and we had everything we needed! I highly recommend this great little bungalow for a relaxing beach vacation.
