Property was exactly as advertised. Nice and Friendly host who was available at any time for questions. Sits on the quiet side of the island but close to several restaurants that served good food and drinks

The property is in a great spot if you want to be in between Lembongan and ceningan which we did, Gede was very accommodating with any issues we had
Would have been nice to be notified there was a wedding going on next door it was very loud to say the least for three days

We absolutely loved the view whether the tide was in or out the view was just gorgeous.We loved the location near the Yellow Bridge and Ceningan.
A big concern was the noise. I don't remember reading in the description that the villa was on the main road. The noise from the motorbikes and trucks was a big distraction, they were very noisy. Also there is mention in the description of a hot tub and a BBQ, neither of these were available.
