Very good place to stay, I would definitely come back.

David was really nice and helpful. The place was spacious and bed comfy. The location is really good and the price really fair. Good value for money.

The place could have some lamps and a bit more kitchen utensils. The aircon unit is also quite loud.

Superb

The staff was amazing, very friendly. The room was fine vs. Price. The location was very good, very close to restaurants, cafes and pubs.

It is a perfect location, one block to the Triangle Park and Dog Park, you have restaurants, supermarkets, even vegan restaurant. The wifi it is really good for working. You have just the stuff you need for a short stay in the small kitchen.

Not windows or natural ventilation. Lack of color or natural flowers or small plant. They can decorate or put some plants in the entrance and a table, and also offer coffee during the morning time.

You have everything you need, kitchen, table, wifi. The location it is great, just one block to a vegan restaurant, Dulcinea.

Some noise late night for the other guest. Lack of air fresh, they can leave the windows open while there are without guest. Maybe to put small plants or natural flowers, and table with plants, in the entrance.

You can access your apt. whenever you want without any reception, so you have your privacy and option to invite someone over for the night. It's close to good restaurants.

Very hot during the day, specially the bathroom. Heat was coming in from the rooftop, the AC had to run all day for the room to be bearable. Almost No natural light, only one window that was looking inside the building at another rooms window. Not much space for your stuff on the second floor and almost no electric sockets. I've got much better apartments for the same price in Cali, only choose this as a last minute solution, and wouldn't choose it again.

excellent!

it was conveniently located. there was a dining/outing area 1 1/2 block away, it's called El parque del Perro. A place to exchange money a block away, minutes away from El Cristo de la montaña and an upscale dining area. centrally located. We could not have chosen a better place to stay. The apartment had a stove and a small refrigerator and a sofa/bed and there was washer/dryer on location for an extra charge.

No hot water. This was horrible for me since i get sick only by showering in cold water.

Very private and well located. Good for a first stay.

The climatisation very noisy. No sound insulation . It felt like the walls were paper walls.
