Abgesperrter Parkplatz direkt am Haus – perfekt.
Aufzug vorhanden und sehr praktisch.
Gute Ausgangslage für Strände und die Cinque Terre mit dem Auto.
Gastgeber war nett.
Für unseren Zweck hat die Unterkunft grundsätzlich ihren Zweck erfüllt.
Direkt am Containerhafen gelegen – nachts bis Mitternacht und morgens ab 5 Uhr extrem laut, auch am Wochenende, besonders in den Schlafzimmern.
Zu Fuß ist in der Umgebung kaum etwas zu erreichen; der nächste Supermarkt ist etwa 3 km entfernt.
WLAN ist immer wieder ausgefallen.
Klimaanlage kühlt leider nicht die gesamte Wohnung ausreichend.
Schlafzimmer lassen sich nicht vollständig abdunkeln.
Kontakt zum Gastgeber war eher schwierig bzw. nicht gut möglich.

El piso es muy bonito, luminoso y espacioso.
Hay un montón de información sobre la Spezia y 5terre: folletos, mapas… y el anfitrión nos dio más info todavía sobre los buses y la tarjeta para ir a 5terre. Hay una parada de bus a 1 min de la puerta, lo que no pasa muy regular.
Las ventanas están en los tejados de madera inclinados y en realidad no se puede ver para afuera, lo único que se alcanza a ver es el cielo. Nosotros fuimos en una época de muchísimo calor, no hay aire acondicionado ni ventiladores en los dormitorios, solo en el salón, que enfriaba un poco, y en el pasillo, que no enfriaba nada.

Francesco was incredibly kind, and the apartment was impeccable—equipped with everything you could possibly need. His attention to detail was remarkable. The place was spacious. It has secure parking. The host Francesco was very helpful and offered advised of local attractions. The beds and sheets were very good and comfortable.
The bathroom was mouldy, could smell it. It was really hot when we arrived took some time to cool down, unable to leave air-conditioning on when we go out of premises as needed a hotel type card to run the AC. No washing machine on site or laundry mat nearby.
