チェックイン時間が21時頃と遅くなりましたが、丁寧にご対応下さいました。宿泊中の深夜に震度4の地震が有りましたが、室内の物が倒れることも無く、安全に過ごすことが出来ました。家電などもたくさん備えて下さったので便利に過ごせました。
Yokohama HY Houseさんの責任では有りませんが、Googleマップで近隣の建物が表示されるので宿泊ご予定の方はご注意ください。宿泊施設の1階に「ささなか」と書かれたテントが有り宿泊施設の目印になります。

ポケモンgoのジムの潮田神社鳥居が宿から使用できること。
コスパは良かったと思う。
近くのコインパーキングが18時～8時で400円で安かったこと。
ローソン100が歩いて行ける距離にあること。
家主さんの私物のようなものが部屋や冷蔵庫にあり、使って良いか判断に迷ったこと。

部屋は広く風通しが良く綺麗です。（4月中旬）
・メールのやり取りで「確認します」からの返信が無かったのはとても残念です。
・階段のカビ臭が気になります。
・冷蔵庫の中は賞味期限を確認し
過ぎた物は処分してください。
使って良いのであれば「ご自由にお使いください」等貼り紙をすると良いです。
・使い方の案内が無いので、理解するのに時間を費やし、ストレスを感じます。
非対面でやっていくのであれば
もう少しマニュアルを増やすことを願います。
日本の「ホスピタリティ精神」を大切にして欲しいです。
