About this house rental
Situated in Seaside Heights, this charming house for $366 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Note: Your reservation is not finalized until your signed rental agreement is received by me. 2 Bedroom 1 Bathroom House in Seaside Heights. - Comfortably Sleeps 6 People. 1 Full size bed, 1 Full Over Twin Bunk Bed, 1 Sleeper Sofa. - Outdoor Shower - Gas Grill - Parking Pass - 4 Beach Badges - Linens Included - Central AC - Washer & Dryer Security deposit is $500 for renters (lost beach badges, lost parking pass, excessive damage or heavy cleaning will come out of security. Otherwise, deposit will be refunded). NOTE: NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Looking for families with children and adults. Our property is located 3 blocks from the boardwalk and 1 block from the bay in Seaside’s relaxing north end. Families with children will love walking straight to Casino Pier and Breakwater Beach, both right down the street. We have an enclosed porch for sipping morning coffee with original 1920s windows, living room with pull out sofa, and a full size hidden dining table. The kitchen is fully stocked should you chose to stay in and cook or grill. We have a picnic table in the back along with a small seating area and outdoor shower for washing off the sand. First bedroom has a full-size bed, and the second bedroom has a twin over full size bunk bed. House is equipped with WiFi and TV with Amazon Firestick. On street parking is available. We provide guests with 1 parking pass allowing you to park at any metered spot not on Ocean Blvd. We also provide you with 4 beach passes, beach chairs, and a beach cart.

The place was so convenient, we parked our car and didn’t have to move it only to go the supermarket Acme, last 2times only. Everything was walking distances, the beach, amusement rides, the restaurants. The host left us everything we needed. I recommend this place, to others.

We were looking for a house rental that was good for our family of 5, close to the beach and enough room for us to relax. This house fit all our needs and then some. The property was super clean, big back yard for eating outside, comfortable.
Jena is a great host, excellent communication, super friendly and there to take care of your needs.
I would highly recommend renting this property for anyone looking to get away in the SeaSide area. 5 stars!!

My daughter wanted to celebrate her sweet sixteen in Seaside. We rented this house for 3 nights - it was my husband, and my daughter and her two friends. Perfect! Everything was clean - bathroom is new, and we received new linens. The kitchen was stocked with utensils, plates, bowls, glasses, etc. Parking was no problem, we always found a spot on the street.
There was a cute backyard where we grilled and ate outside. The TV had streaming services, we were able to sign into apps and watch TV with no issues. Beach badges and parking passes easily located. Five minute walk to the beach/boardwalk. Binder provided with information about the house and activities in the area.
Communication with owner was swift and she even messaged us while we were there with that night's activities in Seaside. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

This was my first experience with vrbo and it wasent a very good one . Me and my family were so excited to get out and go on a trip while this pandemic has crushed everything . I booked it months in advance and on the day prior I get a call that the hot water didn’t work and there sorry and we can cancel it if we need to and at that point where was I going to go ? Now we all know emergency can happen so after talking they said they could get a plumber there so we went there and the plumber said he couldn’t get it fixed till tomorrow upon being there for the few min to look there was basically a toy hot water heater that was a joke so it was going to happen eventually anyway so in this type of business you shouldn’t cheap out on something that could break easily . The plumber was nice and told me they just called it in meanwhile it was told the day before . Well since I was not going to take a chance of this not getting fixed by tomorrow because there is no guarantee I decided to call the owner and let them know and no response so we decided to get a quick place . It was about 8 at nite when we finally got a message bqck which is totally not cool and was happy to refund me but tried to pull a slick one on the cleaning fees which by the way is the owner doing the cleaning not a professional service and with COVID around shouldn’t be doing that . I put a chargeback on my card when the owner didn’t answer me and she found out later and it took literally 2 months to get my 3 hundred bucks back from the fees that I never used . I also went to the backyard and there yard was trashed and the shed was caved in . This was a nightmare experience that I wouldn’t want anyone to go through . After all is said she made it out as I was trying to get a better deal and the way I look at it if I spend over 900 bucks for 2 nites I don’t think you should have cover up service and either old pics of the property or edited pics . When it was all said and done she tried to offer me a free nite there and you couldn’t pay me enough to be in a run down house and a landlord that really only cares about collecting there money for there stay instead of taking care of there renters becuase let’s face it we pay her bills not her .

Easy in and easy out. We didn’t have a chance to enjoy a bbq in the backyard but we wished we did! Owners were accommodating:)

Great location! Short walk and easy access to the broadwalk, beach & food especially with children. All rooms are very clean, comfortable and in good condition. Jena is exceptional! She was very friendly and let us borrow the beach cart, beach chairs and had a well stacked pantry available to ensure our stay was memorable and relaxing!

I’m so happy to see the home is being well cared for and is owned by people who love it as much as my family did growing up. Had a nice time at this location, quick walk to beach, stayed during covid so didn’t do much except beach, but great spot for boardwalk activities, everything is very close by.

Sweet beach house
This sweet house was perfect for our needs. It had every amenity we wanted (including some sunburn cooling gel!). Favorite parts were the shady corner on the deck for breakfast outside and the outdoor shower! Very comfortable for our family of 4. The beach passes and parking tag made going to the beach a breeze. It was a gorgeous beach stay. We were even able to enjoy the boardwalk, despite my covid worries. Highly recommend.

Perfect beach escape
We absolutely loved our stay at this perfect house in Seaside Heights. The house was perfect for our family of four and we were close to all of our favorite things to. We spent our days at the beach, on the bay and at the boardwalk.
Jena was also the perfect host! She immediately responded to any questions and had tons of suggestions on where to go, what to eat, etc.
We were little worried that COVID restrictions would make this trip less enjoyable but that was not the case at all! We were able to be safe by socially distancing, wearing masks, etc. AND have a lot of fun doing all our favorite beach activities!

fun fabulous sweet 16 weekend!
A friend and I brought our daughters here for a long weekend to celebrate my daughter's sweet 16. We had a blast! The house location is perfect - and the set up is also perfect. We cooked a few dinners together, and the kitchen was well equipped. The outdoor shower is great as is the BBQ and outdoor area. The neighborhood is quiet and so close to the beach! And we were grateful to have use of the beach chairs. Would def come back.

We had a great time at the beach house and Jena the owner was very responsive and friendly. I would suggest getting a dish drainer and some towels to dry off dishes, but other than that I got nothing. It was excellent. Loved the outdoor shower so much! Very clean place and pleasant experience!

This is the best experience I’ve had!! Way better than staying at a hotel! Perfect location, neighborhood is great!! Close to the beach, the property was emaculate! Jena got back to me as soon as I had texted her as well, or not long after! Highly recommend staying here!!
