The apartment was large and bright and in an excellent location. Couch was very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked.

[1] Very good location across from Hyde Park and fairly close to Kensington Palace.
[2] The apartment itself was OK and it was clean.
[3] Access to the London Underground is easy/close-by.
[1] Apartment was on the very top floor. Building has no elevator so carrying heavy luggage up/down stairs was not a fun activity.
[2] Grocery stores in vicinity are super limited and restaurant choices are thin too.
[3] TV is too small for the wall it is mounted to.
[4] You have to supply your own toilet paper here after the 1st courtesy roll runs out which I never experienced in any booking that I have taken.
[5] There was no laundry detergent available either so I had to buy that too to do laundry with the machine in the apartment. This feels very cheap from the property owners. These are small convenience/incidentals that should be part of the booking cost.

Location and size of the apartment
it wasn’t clean and the check in process wasn’t smooth. Also the showers had only an oveehead shower.
