Nestled in Carolina, this lovely house for $850 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Welcome to Villa Violeta, a beautiful, refurbished beach house with pool, just steps from Isla Verde Beach, selected by USA Today in 2016 as one of the best Urban beaches in the world. (THIS PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN A RESIDENTIAL AREA, CLOSE TO OTHER HOMES. SORRY, NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED. NO MUSIC OR OUTSIDE LOUD NOISE PERMITTED AT NIGHT.) The villa accommodates a total of 13 persons in six bedrooms and 5 baths. It is in a perfect location due to; 1 proximity to the beach, only 1 minute walk. 2 proximity to restaurants, hotels, night life, bars, grocery store, pharmacy and shops, all within couple minutes walking distance. 3 10 min drive to any major attraction in San Juan such as Old San Juan, Condado and La Placita de Santurce. The villa is fully ac'd, has good wifi, and cable tv. It also has a pool, power generator and water cistern. Came to San Juan with 3 other couples for my 60th birthday celebration. Property is located next to Ritz-Carlton. Ritz currently closed for renovation. Short 1 block walk to a beautiful beach. Host provides beach chairs and a cooler. Property was nice. Did have struggles with hot water. Several restaurants nearby. I would return to this property. Highly recommended getting a private chef for a few meals.

I was anxious trying to put a sibling getaway together. Once booked, The house manager Ruben was extremely helpful. He knew our needs prior to trip, assisted in recommending an excellent chef (Paul & Manny). There were some hiccups, but Ruben immediately handled them. My siblings thoroughly enjoyed their stay. I cannot tell you how relaxing our trip was. If you just want a place close to the airport, beach, and supermarket, go for it. The pool not so big, but the owner has other properties you can choose. I will definitely be back. This was definitely a hidden gem, worth visiting. Chef Paul, and Chef Manny, hands down the dishes you created will go down as Michelin Star in the Edwards 5 sibling reunion. Thank you all for 5 star service.

It was beautiful location and home.. the pool was a little smaller then we thought but it turned out to be perfect for the little kids…. Perfect location at the beach and house accommodations were incredible the living and the kitchen were perfect for gathering.. uber drivers were everywhere to go to places… Would definitely recommend 10/10

it is a lovely property but. the water pressure could be improved and shower taps in both casita rooms need some attention. Very difficult to find and control hot water and not easy to turn water off. Taps keep spinning in circles.

Walked into a sparkling clean house with white linens and White towels in perfect condition. Plenty of pretty beach towels for all. Conveniently located steps from Best beach in San Juan.
The pool was at the right temperature, always tempting. The family/living area is very cozy with a giant TV. Internet worked very well.
The beds were extremely comfortable. We all commented about the good mattresses and ample closets with hangers.
We were 9 enjoying our time together but with plenty of personal space to retreat to your room, the outdoor patio, or the pool area to recharge—ample space for two cars in the garage.
We will book this property again.

The overall property was great. However I was disappointed that there was not a working dishwasher for 11 people. Also the kitchen sink and several bathrooms did not have hot water for showers. Having a 2 car garage for parking was a huge bonus!

The property was beautiful, we had a issue with the refrigerator but it was replaced, once they knew they couldn’t fix it. Puerto Rico was beautiful and Rico SUNTOURS was marvelous. Hope to rent the house sometime in the years to come.

There was major water damage in the Casita resulting in severe damage to walls in bedroom and bathroom, with black mold noted as well. The property looks great on the surface, but once you are there living, the lack of maintenance and upkeep shows. The location is awesome though, allowing access to the beach, restaurants and food shopping. All concerns and recommendations were brought to the manager's attention and I'm hoping that these issues will be addressed to ensure a safe environment for future guests. I've kept photos of the discrepancies, but no option to post on this site.

The house is everything the pictures described, Myself and my friends enjoyed the pool we were in it everyday morning and night @ night the water was heated, we had a beautiful dinner using the outside grill, the kitchen is well organized some things we did need to buy but other than that everything was perfect for us we can't complain, if I should come back I will definitely stay here again!!!!
