Der freundliche Empfang des Teams der Villa Carlotta hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Unterkuft war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Pool sowie die Anlage ist einfach ein Traum und sehr sauber. Die Nähe zum Strand, in die Einkaufsstraße und zum Lebensmittelgeschäft war super, alles konnte man bequem nach ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichen.
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der Residence Villa Carlotta und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

The swimming pool was quiet and excellent. Great location and close to the beach (5 minute walk). All local restaurants, bars, kids activities were all very close in a lively area.
Kitchen had missing utensils and I had to buy a lighter for the cooker. The stairs to the bedroom were steep but overall, it was a great villa.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Apartments nice and clean, and well equipped.
Zero sound proofing in the maisonette apartment. Unfortunately we had very noisy neighbours, late into the night, so had to make a complaint. The very next morning, the staff arranged to move us to an apartment on the same site (which had no neighbours at that time). It was a significant upgrade at no cost. We were extremely grateful.
At no point were we made aware that the pool would not be available, and had maintenance work going on. It would have been nice to know as we would have booked somewhere with a functioning/indoor pool.
