Great place to enjoy, the view, food were awesome, caretaker is a humble person , great hospitality,overall good experience, must visit this place!,

The only negative point of this place is the road going the destination, it's very steep and rough road difficult to drive only the small distance tho

Superb

Wow really very good property.Ground floor has a huge living room with a beautiful view I enjoyed a lot with my family.My parents were very comfortable and happy.Very comfortable neat and clean bedrooms and washrooms.We enjoyed playing TT and carom which is placed comfortably on the first floor.The host has made the place so perfectly that from every room and washroom you get the beautiful valley view.Excellent food and very friendly staff with good service.Food and Barbecue every thing was good.Enjoyed on the outside area on the swing with my mom.Pool was also very good.The most amazing attraction were the rabbits at the outside area of the villa I enjoyed playing with them.The host is very helpful and kind very good hospitality.Its one of the most beautiful and memorable holiday with my family.I highly recommend this place and would visit again.

Comfortable villa with hill view

The amazing view due to location of villa, spacious & clean 4 bedrooms and exceptional service provided by staff. 3 bedrooms on the higher floor had a balcony and they had a view from each of them. Clean and well maintained by host and staff. The bathroom had hot water and were spotlessly clean. Host was very responsive and helpful right from the time I made the reservation. Ashwini made homemade pooranpolis that are outstanding and I haven't eaten better in my life. Maruti made the best misal pao and the breads were arranged by him from the market. Karthik made the barbecue and the pahadi (green) chicken was the best. The villa had table tennis, carrom and swimming pool options. Overall everything was way better than expected and we will revisit when we plan a family get together. The stay was comfortable due to the staff and memorable due to the property location.

There was nothing we didn't like.

It was excellent property . Totally worth to it. They have so delicious customised lunch and dinner . We had Pyaaz ka pakoda in rainy weather which were to next level . Great comfort and easy to locate the villa . Little far from market but its too good to stay in villa and enjoy it.

Cartaker were helpfull, but due to higher authority he was helpless

First of all this villa was not available so he suggested us his other property”aer villa”(Qureshi) after booking. I was asked to pay 50% in advance which I did as I dint have any option. Then when we checked in I was forced to pay full amount on arrival which I did but felt very fishy. 1st night we asked for bonfire as it was cold out, to which I was asked to pay 1000 for unlimited wood per night, which was nonsense coz he said we have to buy wood for bonfire 🙄. then next morning no water, geysers not working.Horrible it was, I went with my entire family of 15 ppl every1 was super disappointed with the villas maintenance. super expensive not worth the money atall. The poor caretaker was helpless as the owner was not maintaining the villa properly. BEWARE OF THIS PROPERTY OWNER.

very poor maintenance of the house. No water,No working geysers ,no light. Owner dint care as we are suppose to pay in advance full amount on arrival
