I had a fantastic stay at Novanova in the heart of Naples’ historic centre.
Before arrival, Christian was incredibly helpful and responsive via WhatsApp, providing clear instructions for accessing the building and apartment. Everything is keyless, which made check-in and getting around very straightforward.
The location is excellent if you want to experience the authentic side of Naples. You’re right in the middle of the neighbourhood, surrounded by local life, with a metro station practically on your doorstep for exploring further afield.
Breakfast was simple and hassle-free, with a choice of two cafés/restaurants right outside. The apartment itself was spacious, with beautiful high ceilings and plenty of character, including the impressive old wooden entrance door downstairs. The apartment was cleaned daily, there were more than enough towels and toiletries provided, and complimentary coffee was always available.
I messaged Christian countless times during my stay and he was always happy to help. His local knowledge was invaluable, from recommending places to visit to arranging a reliable local taxi company. I’d strongly recommend taking advantage of his recommendations.
If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-managed base in a fantastic location that lets you experience the real Naples, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

location is excellent, cannot be better
interior is nice , relaxing with amazing balcony to the nice square
in front of the building there is an exceptional church (Santa Maria la Nova)
the owner/manager is very kind and super supportive, helps immediately
clearness can be better in the bathrooms
no toiletries
better to take without breakfast, this was the worst thing we experienced. We were given a card for each day. The place was outside tent, and the breakfast offers were only croissants (3 types) from the bad fast cafe.
